We got dinner from here earlier in the week which was good. The atmosphere not so good. We returned two days later for dinner again. We tried to use a combo coupon but was told it was not allowed to be used on the chicken bacon ranch foot long. According to the coupon, chicken bacon ranch was not excluded but when we tried to ask the associate to clarify why we couldn't use that coupon; she said because excludes means only those subs listed could be used for that coupon. Obviously, we were quite confused and decided to go elsewhere.

Today is Christmas. Almost no store is open. They are still working hard and very friendly to us. We ordered two tuna sandwiches. The bread is crunchy outside and soft inside. The onion is sweet and we love all vegetables. Super delicious!

After paying for my meal and added 15% tip, I asked employees did they get to keep the tips. I was told the owner keeps the tips from the credit card kiosk. I always tip. Restaurant workers deserve their tip. As an owner, you need to do better if the tips in fact are not making it to the employees. You know, as a customer, I would not add any extra money for a product I'm paying for. This is deceptive.

The ad on TV got me to order it's a Bogo foot-long. I ordered the Buffalo chicken and the Meatball marinara. The meatball marinara you can add up to 10 vegetables, and I think I ordered every vegetable. Whomever made my sandwiches on this day made them exactly how I like them, not dry and drenched in dressing. The bread was fresh. The food was fresh. The delivery was in good time, I didn't wait long. They followed the delivery directions and left it on the table I have on my porch. I would definitely recommend these two sandwiches. Thanks for supper subway.

Worst experience ever in a subway! My daughter 11 years old ask for a bathroom before I entered the place and one of the ladies just told her if she wasn’t going to buy anything in the store she couldn’t use the bathroom! I was! But after I heard her telling that to my little one I felt so disappointed ! How sad! The lady not even greeted her!!!! Who would like to buy anything there after such experience????? I just asked her why! She just tell me same! In a very rude way! Other customers were there! That’s not the way customers, should be treated!!!!! she treated my daughter without consideration!!!! Never go there!!!! If I could I would give them NO stars!
Nancy was manager 6-16-2023. Very rude, over charged, didn't make my order correct either, then didn't give my money back. Yelled at me in store which made 2 other girls hide. Check cameras manager, theft happening. Put report in and awaiting call for my money back. Strongly do not recommend this place. Poor staff, poor management, and theft going on. Do better!

Typical subway, clean and well organized. The two women working there were very pleasant and efficient. The only issue was the crust flaked off a bit of the rolls. Otherwise good value, food and service.

The food here was on par with any other subway i've been to. Nothing special but good food. What makes this establishment different is the customer service, the employees were very nice, they asked where we were from and where we were going. They had a free candy jar to give a piece to anyone who purchased a sub. 5 stars! :)

Manager is very rude and hateful. Stopped in at 8:30pm to get a steak sub refused to bring any steak out. Closes before time that is posted as closing time. Manager stated she don't make enough to be there that late at night. She even hung up on one customer and said the customer was stupid that called. Do not go to this business.
