4/24/24 Starters we open the door, we were greeted and seated, of course we had a stroller, so we get placed down the steps, so we sat down, I was still puzzled since there wasn't anyone else there, our waitress was very nice took our order, we order the steak and chicken combo the steak was burn, tasted like charcoal and gas mix with the meat, the chicken was raw still, OK then the 2 chicken breast on the next order was completed charcoal tasting , seared into it, grill to hot when it was put on to cook, they asked I wanted them to recook it, the complete disgusting taste that was in my mouth couldn't be undone, we asked for the check, got charged full price like we got and ate everything we ordered, but nope, the manager was next to us and never step a foot or whispered a word of apology for the terrible food. No discount, no nothing. I do not recommend this place, definitely a waste of time and money. Go brave!

I should have looked at the reviews came in to eat with my family and was greeted my this God Awful employee I think his name was Dan had the worst attitude Ive ever seen in a manager he was rude to my mother who is 74 years old lets just say we will never come here again and thats a promise its clear to me the owners do not care about there business 15 years ago Texas steakhouse was the place to be but now its a ghost town and there is no reason for it to be its in the heart of Lumberton I guess yall are waiting to do something about it when u have ran ever last person away from there but hey what do I know right but I pray yall wake up and change this place around before its to late but as long as that man is there my family will never eat there again

It took an hour and 15 minutes before we finally got our food, and my mother n laws steak was over cooked. We chose Texas steakhouse, because it was my mother n laws birthday and that's what she wanted, but we were a little disappointed tonight. The server was wonderful and very apologetic for taking so long on getting our food, Leanna was great and deserves recognition for her positive attitude about everything, how she smiled, handled our orders and serving us. Thank you Leanna for a great experience with your humbleness and care!!
I was coming through Lumberton NC and I was starving but I didn't want a burger I wanted really good hot food! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went here! The place is totally disgusting. The floor look like they haven't been swept in months The bar stinks like mold and yeast when the bartender went to change the keg the keg coolers are sitting in beer and yeast! You have got to be kidding me. I got my food the stk was raw but burnt how you do that I'll never know so I asked my server for the manager I waited I know 30 minutes and no one ever came so I left when I was leaving and going to the gas station both of your managers blonde lady and a older clean cut man im guessing because I had seen them in there, also they manager dress cloths on. Anyways as I was pulling out they are put at some Acura jeep totally making out but I am in your store asking to speak to you! This establishment is a JOKE!!!! I CANT WAIT TO TELL THE WORD HOW NASTY TEXAS STEAK HOUSE IN LUMBERTON IS AND HOW THEIR MANAGERS ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT SUCKIN EACH OTHERS FACES THEN TAKING CARE OF ME! A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!

I'm in town about three times a month for business and all I wanted was a juicy steak. If you know Lumberton there is only a few places for that. So I decided to drop here. My experience? The steak was old you could smell the rot on the meat, I've been in the food industry 42 years I know what rotten meat smells like, the broccoli smelled putrid and the mac and cheese was just elbow noodles with cheap cold shredded orange cheese.The server when approached with the problem states "That's why I don't eat here the food is nasty and the managers don't care" She apologies and does nothing more. I could have went to outback right across the street and saved my $42.

I placed my order online. When I arrived; my order could not be found. A young lady, I'm assuming is a manager jumped in and took control. She explained the situation and told me she would personally Mae sure my order was out to me as soon as possible. She did exactly as she said! I was very thankful and impressed with the way my situation was handled. This was my first visit but definitely won be my last. I told friends and coworkers the next day how delicious our meals were and how I was taken care of!!

The service was excellent even if the number one serving girl was teaching the young girls the new recruits how to be waitresses. And I would say that the number one waitress the 1 that took care of me She was awesome and gave me what I asked for at my table at the same time training the young ladies to be waitresses.
