I placed an order on the mobile app only to visit this location and be treated as if I was a their trying to steal food. After approaching the counter I was asked by an employee if I had a mobile order. I answered yes. She then said, "show me your phone", in the most hateful tone. I did, only for her to reply, "that ain't telling me nothing". I then had to call out my order to her in the middle of a full restaurant, with numerous other customers watching, like I was a their. This experience was so embarrassing. I have never visited a restaurant and had to experience something like this to get food I had already paid for. I will never visit Wendy's again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Something is very wrong with this location. There are multiple individuals loitering inside, not eating and staring everyone down as they enter. Probably can use some security or police presence.

Lady was very nice and patient thru a rush and food was delicious.
Been here 3 weeks in row driving 40 mins because our town doesn't have a Wendy's. Everytime it's been 330 or 4 pm and they always have the doors locked. First all after driving that far you need to use the restroom and don't wanna eat in your car. The drive through line takes roughly 20 mins. This is my original home town but never again will I go to Wendy's if Lumberton nc
