Do t let the outside fool you. I go here ateast once a week. The best burgers I have had in a long time. Most friendly staff and owners. I recommend anything on their menu, but I always get the double bacon cheeseburger, large cheese sticks, and a sweet tea. Refills are frequent, and they offer a full cup to go when you pay. I have t seen such good service since my grandparents owned a restaurant up in Smith Mountain Lake.

Johnson's Family Grill is a hidden gem in Madison! To the locals, it's not so hidden as droves of people enjoy eating their for lunch and supper! They have great food and great prices and they make you feel at home when you walk in the door. If you need anything, just holler and they are sure to make sure your service is unparalleled! The place may seem small, but don't let it fool you...it's full of good food, nice people, and lots of laughter!

The service is great and the food is great! I went there 2 days in a row. Their Chef Salad was delicious and I couldn’t eat it all, so I have it for another meal. Their hotdogs are the best my friend and I have ever had! The homemade chili and slaw are perfect! This is our new favorite restaurant! Oh and my friend tried the fish sandwich and loved it too! Don’t let the outside fool you, they really are one of the best restaurants are around here with fast service and really great food!!!
