Instead of continuing to comment sorry to hear that and this and that. How about just do something about the issue!! It already sucks this town has any good places to eat. Let along the places they have suck. Almost 50 dollars for wings and pizza and it was garbage. You need a whole entire new team of employees.

There should be a zero stars button! I live near this pizza hut and have eaten here a-lot in the past. But I will not be eating here any longer after today! The manager Misty Sizemore needs to take a class on customer service and how to speak to patrons. I had the lunch buffet with my son today and let’s first start with how there was nothing on the buffet till almost noon when it starts at 11:30! The lights over the salad bar do not work so it’s completely dark. The restroom was so disgusting I could not even use it. But when I went to pay I had a $25 credit from where they burnt my pizza the previous month, first Misty told me I could not use a credit and rolled her eyes I told her it was issued by her and that I had an email so I went to show her my phone she then got an attitude rolled her eyes and told me it was taken care of and completely dismissed me like I was a child! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pizza Hut please train your managers to be courteous and kind note a RUDE KAREN!!

Everything was just great! My order was ready and waiting at the time predicted and I love the cold 2-liter availability, fabulous. This time, I sprung for the 3-pizza Big Box and what a great value. Plus, I'm an absolute fan of the Rectangular Pan Pizza, just the right amount of minimal crust for proper handling that doesn't rip up your mouth. The Drive-Thru is even a great convenience, rainy nights are no problem. No-one out-pizzas The Hut!Parking: Parking is great, but avoid it by using the Drive-Thru...much more amazing convenience.

Pizza Hut has really disappointed me since the original manager left. No one wears hair nets, not an apron in sight, street clothes with inappropriate things on them, every employee looks filthy. It’s just not how it used to be. Do better Pizza Hut! The store used to hold their employees to a higher standard… well, it doesn’t anymore.
