Went through the drive-through. They were a little slow. They were out of french fries, so we got onion rings instead. They were out of onion ring sauce. Ordered a sprite with no ice and got a sprite with extra ice. Ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

BK off exit 86. Worst service I've had anywhere. I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, spent an additional 10 at the speaker, no one ever spoke to take my order. I go inside to find 3 customers all of whom are already eating, 2 cars in the drive through, and 5 employees. The only one who was putting forth an effort was the man making the food. The drive through employee was doing dishes and walking around like he could care less. The other employees were moving around like snails, I spent over 40 minutes to get a kids meal.

I’m not sure how BurgerKing off exit 86 is still operating.Took 10 min to take my order and 25min to make the food, during that time I watched one man get completely ignored and leave and the second guy waited 10+min for him to finally get someone and them say “oh thought you was with that guy” as the lady in the back is walking back and forth moving pointless thingsBEST PART: lady walking back and forth comes up front to hand me my bag and says “better check the food, I wasn’t up here when they made this” ?????????Shake my head! Completely crazy for fast food to take 35min to complete one order ?

Ordered Impossible whopper with only mayo. After waiting 20 minutes, the order was so wrong. False advertising. Sign says flame broiled. It came out of a microwave. Everything on it, no ranch sauce, over salted fries. They won't answer their phone. Mailbox full.

Food is not as pictured or described.No tomato, no onion, not much lettuce on Wopper Jr and barely any of the listed above on the Whopper. It was Terrible. No phone number to call and say anything. I'm tired of dealing with them even though the servers at the window are very nice.Just tired of getting poor food and get home with it and can't even tell them. I'm sure this was my last visit.

The Fauxtist
This is a new Burger King at the corner of i-40 and 226. Because my autistic son loves BK, we were excited that a new BK was located here. We drive from Greensboro to Spruce Pine every Friday and return on Sunday. We have a weekend home in Little Switzerland. However, after the first few weeks of their opening, we've noticed that the service in drive through is now nearly non-existent. We have tried several times over the last several months to order through drive-thru on our way to our mountain house. After pulling up, no one takes our order. Last weekend, I decided to look inside the store. There were at least 4 employees in the store, but when I entered, they all fled to the back of the store. Very bizarre. I don't know what is going on, but it's obvious that the owner/franchisee is not managing this store. I suspect the store will either be closed or sold to another franchisee in the next year. No customer was there and I think the word is out that service can't be had at this store and people are just collecting paychecks. If you have 4 employees and I'm the only customer there and you can't even be bothered to take an order, something is very wrong.

Everything was fine til the end the new building was nice. guy at the counter was nice. Food was trash but that's just today's burger king sadly. They used to have the best chicken sandwich in there competition early 2010s. But as we leave I needed to use the bathroom. Neither bathroom is specified for man or woman....what's gonna happen if I walk in on a little girl. I'm a grown man. I don't need to get hit by a dad because I had to pee. This needs to be fixed immediately!!! Will not be returning until this problem is resolved. This will turn into a preditors playground if your not carefull!
