I noticed that the chicken I received was overcooked and wasn't consistent with the rest. I was wondering if there was a reason for this. Perhaps there was a mistake or miscommunication in the kitchen. I'd appreciate it if this could be addressed in the future to ensure that all customers receive the best quality food.

As a truck driver I went into KFC and ordered 8 chicken strips. Got the food and got back in my truck and opened thr box. The chicken was old crusty and dried out. I'm so friggin mad that I didn't check the food before I left. I couldn't eat the chicken. Hard earned money wasted. Never again!!

absolute nonsense. bathrooms were disgusting, no changing table and considering they are right off the interstate you would think they had one. the Womens stall doors don't lock because the don't close all the way anyways. my famous bowl was super nasty, the corn was dry and hard like it was old or left out for a couple days in the fridge. the chicken was so over cooked it was dry and hard. my kids fries were also so over cooked they crunched like a potato chip and the biscut was dry. the floor was greasy and sticky. the high chairs were caked with crumbs and dried food. The tea station had sticky syrupy tea drying all over the counter. The workers looked tweaked out laughing and falling over each other.

Waited in line while a manager had a conversation with obvious friends (they never ordered anything). Food was good. We discovered a dying roach on its back by our table while we were eating along with toilets that didn’t flush (full of urine) and no soap in the soap dispenser that the employee going back to work “used” before clocking back in.
