This la salsas got my food wrong. Make sure if you order a call in you check it. Ordered ground beef and got the wrong meat. And ordered a ACP had no peppers just chicken and cheese. Got home and realized it was wrong....

My family and I were visiting from FL and this was our first and last experience with Las Salsas. I called and began my to-go order reading off the menu that was posted online, only to be told the entire menu is apparently wrong. The prices and the items were all incorrect. I then specifically asked for a combo special that they had which included 2 enchiladas and 1 chili relleno. The guy over the phone says the enchiladas will be covered in red sauce and the chili relleno will come with beef instead of just the cheese. So this is what I'm expecting when my husband went and picked up the order. To my surprise, I was missing an enchilada, no red sauce was to be found anywhere on the plate and the chili relleno had some hard stringy cheese in the center, no beef. The relleno was so hard you couldn't cut it with a knife. The food was the most bland Mexican food I have ever eaten. I actually didn't even eat half of what I ordered. The rice and beans tasted as though they came from a box and a can. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants and this by far was the worst I've ever had. The next time we come visit NC, we will NOT be eating here nor would we ever recommend them to anyone.

Service was great. Food was mediocre , cashier told us that some of the dishes were not homemade , so I'm thinking ? ....out of the freezer ? Not even close to being authentic Mexican food ? Chili relleno was so tough knife wouldn't cut it . I feel they should have reimbursed us for that but she just joked about it . Will not be dining La Salsas again for quite sometime . Salsa bar was great though .

Food was really good. Waiter was so unprofessional. Came to table giggling the whole time (not sure what was so funny as he came to table giggling). Took our order. Few minutes another waiter came to take our orders. I said someone already took our order. He said he “he forgot order”. I said well he was giggling the whole time and wrote the orders down. He apologized and took orders. The new waiter was very attentive and did a great job. When my elderly Mom went to pay the giggling waiter came to register never looked up stood there for several minutes texting on phone . Finally took her money and just dropped her change on counter. No Thank you or anything. Will never come back due to his behavior. Too many other restaurants with great food and service to put up with this ridiculous behavior.

I’ve come here many times - until now… On the last three visits my food has come out cold. How in the hells would freshly cooked food be cold? Fajitas? Burritos? Enchiladas? Those cannot come out cold…..but they came to me cold.Not coming back. I loved coming here. I loved the food. But I won’t be coming back. I’m done.

We ordered flautas and was given rolled up flour tortillas with chicken and cheese. I asked the waitress for clarification and she said “yeah, the flautas aren’t the traditional flautas those would have been taquitos”. My husband started to tell her if we could get the taquitos then even if we had to pay for the flautas but I didn’t want to have to pay for two plates because they advertise their plates incorrectly. It was sad that she didn’t offer to not charge us for the plate and bring us the correct plate.I’m still stunned. Their restaurant sign says authentic Mexican but having flautas on their menu and giving you flour rolled up chicken quesadillas is a joke.My son got an ACP that wasn’t good. It’s usually made with cheese dip and theirs seemed to be made with mozzarella?
Staff was rude. Food extremely overpriced. I ordered a appetizer to go that cost $5.00 or more and I was given a small bag that was not even filled up half way. Then as I asked for more chips they responded I would have to give them another $1.99 to receive any more chips when you get unlimited chips if you dine in. I stated that I would just eat the dip appetizer there instead then and they told me no that I could not that I was not allowed because I already ordered it to go I was not allowed to dine in now and told me I needed to leave. I let them know I would not be returning again and they pretty much responded that they didn't care. Definitely won't ever be returning to such an ungrateful place like there's.

We frequent here, we never spend under 30 bucks here, sometimes we visit 2x's a week. Tonights service was terrible, people who came in after us got food before we did. My food finally came out but my boyfriends didn't. I completely finished my plate before he got his. We asked to speak with the manager as we were there for well over an hour,he said it was cause he asked for fish instead of shrimp. We got charged extra for the fish and they didn't bother to make it right. When I went to pay I was asked how it was? I simply stated we won't be back for awhile because it was the worst service we've ever received and even after speaking to the manager whom I was informed was actually the owner, nobody offered to make anything right. The cashier said I'm just a cashier there's nothing I can do. As someone who has customers if there's something wrong with my customers orders Im going do everything in my power to make it right.
