This is the second d time I've ordered from this place and both times the food is so NOT what you expect from a papa John's . The staff is super friendly yes. But the papa bites were burnt just as before. The past time I ordered the oreo bites this time its the new Twix. And that dark stuff isn't chocolate it's charred bread. I hate that I'm leaving a bad review, but it is definitely a major let down It's worth going to morganton for the papajohns!!!

When you order and pay for Extra cheese, and find out that apparently a normal Pizza comes with no cheese... and extra cheese comes with (barely any) cheese? wow not impressed...I ordered a pizza not slightly cheesy flatbread!

I ordered at 8:30pm, never received my pizza or a phone call. I always loved Papa John's pizza but they must do better. Having a 3rd party from another country be your customer service is not working.

Ordered online and it said there was going to be a 2 hour wait on delivery. Tried calling over 20 times in an hour to cancel the order. No one answered. And after that 2 hours I was delivered a cold pizza. Worst experience I've ever had with this particular store.

This Papa Johns has the shittiest customer service. I ordered a large pepperoni online and pay for it, get to the store to find it only has cheese on it. Call the store back and they say “sometimes the system screws up, only thing we can do is have you order another pizza an pay for it”. Seriously the place needs to be burnt down and never rebuilt. Garbage employees who don’t deserve .5 cent an hour

I'm allergic to red sauce I called up there and tried to get them to correct it cuz the customer is always supposed to be right but that's not the case here at this job Papa John's you need to step it up a little bit it was seriously a wasted Pizza on my end had to throw it away because my kids wouldn't eat it I asked I asked for alfredo they gave me red sauce I asked for steak they gave me sausage whenever I called back they just said well there's nothing I can do about that but that's $50 that I gave your company and I get nothing in return this is the kind of stuff that makes people want to go up there and confront people
