I always buy water every day but a glass has never cost nearly $12. The old staff was very friendly. I liked the taste of strong green tea so I often asked for more green tea, but the current manager charged me for 1 more cup. I live here and have been buying almost every day for 3 years now. But now I have found the service to be terrible. Maybe they have expectations of me because they and I are from different countries

Came in to get a drink the other week and saw the manager screaming at her employees over what seemed to be a minor issue. She was yelling about the attitude the baristas had taken on when talking to her. I had never had issues with the baristas there for the most part. A particular employee named Nikita was especially sweet and always got my drink just right! But the manager had made the girl very upset to the point of tears and again it was simply what seemed to be a minor inconvenience. Can't stand that kind of environment so I won't be buying from there again.

Worst Starbucks around now. Was a good place with friendly staff, now hardly no staff and new manager is the worst I have ever seen. New manager has run off all the good staff they had. And not a good place for teenagers to work at either, manager likes to show the under age staff pictures of her in her underwear, not appropriate for any work environment. I will never be back and am telling everyone I know not to go back.

Went to this ingles Starbucks and the barista with long brown hair scowled and took my order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn’t have any warming papers so a blonde girl went to the back and got them. Then the girl restocked the papers slowly before when she came back with them. She focused on finding a place for the back stock warming papers and it took her while. Then finally she put my sandwich in the oven. She touched it with her hands (no gloves) then used tongs to put it in the oven. It beeped when she was helping another customer but she let it stay in the oven beeping while continuing to help the other customer. She brought me my sandwich and said thank you for your patience. In total I waited over 10 minutes and I was the first customer in line.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. Quality of the coffee is terrible-the coffees are very weak and watered down. Not sure what's going on, since I've not had that issue at any of the other many Starbucks I've visited (even those inside a business like this one). If it's Mon- Sat day just go up the street to Ingenious. If they're closed, Duncan Donuts or McDonald's or literally even gas station coffee is better.
Normal Starbucks experience. Friendly cashiers, quick service. The sausage egg and cheese burrito was a bit cold in the middle when we got it, but still as amazing as ever!
