We wanted to try the new Chicken Philly. I recently ordered 3 meals along with other items. The sandwich was good however we were asked to pull forward while the sandwiches were being made which took 15 + minutes. They were hot and fresh but everything else was cold. I get it, it's new, and we ordered 3. I decided to try again, this time I only ordered 1. However the result was the same. Pull forward, 15+ minutes to make 1 sandwich. We love Zaxby's but this is fast food and should never take this long. We all agree the Chicken Philly was really good, but I won't order it again. Also, you might want to have employees refrain from discussing their personal life and dropping the F bomb at the drive thru. Most of our experiences at this location have been positive and for now we will continue to support this store, maybe not as often.
I used to love Zaxby's but their prices have gotten way too high for me. They took fried mushrooms off the menu too. Why do so many restaurants start out good to only wither away?!?!

Half the chicken, 2x the price.The tenders have shrunk. There's no way to tell me otherwise. The price has gone up, a lot!Fries were cold and gross, the diet coke was undrinkable, and the cheese curds tasted like they'd been dusted with the glazing sugar from the funnel cakes, which may be something, but not wat I ordered.
