Expect a 30 min ordeal for one nice cream if there's only 4 ppl in line in front of u. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return after this. I'll go to Culver's and Freddy's to get my frozen custard.

10/10 beautiful and clean place, came an hour before closing and everyone was still so happy while working that late, + wonderful treat (Birthday cake shake & James brownie). Just moved in right around the corner, will be back frequently.

Boot daddy brought me back to life after a weary week. The order taker told me this is their most popular item so I went with it. My husband is dairy free and ordered a strawberry itailian ice.Reading the menu is confusing to me here for some reason. No inside atmosphere. The line was pretty long at 9:30p on a Sat night, almost wrapped all the way around the building. The lights kept flickering on and off in the parking lot and inside the store but power stayed on long enough to make my order. Hallelujah ??Our order was taken by a precious guy with spunk and personality and ice cream stains on his shirt. He’s a keeper for sure.The Italian ice was not made on site but was prepackaged push up style. Glad he had an option at least!Dietary restrictions: Offer a dairy free Italian ice

It’s a good option for ice-cream lovers. You can customize the ice cream as per your wish. Best part is they prepare ice cream every one hour. I tried banana split and it tastes good.
Tonight we took our kids to get ice cream in celebration of our daughter's 21st birthday and we were treated EXTREMELY rudely by surprisingly the "manager" who goes by the name River, at least that what she told us. It seems River was not happy that we decided to proceed with our order having to pay cash since the "system" was down as we were told. From the moment we decided to move forward, River was rude, unkind, unfriendly, acted as if we were bothering her... We stop at this Andy's about once a week because our kids beg us to stop and until tonight, service has always been great. However, we've never encountered River before. I'm not surprised when kids give bad service at times, but to receive this horrible treatment from the manager (River) was quite shocking. She even lead the rest of her team in mocking and laughing at us as we were leaving. I only hope they did nothing negative to our ice cream. Very disappointing!!! If we encounter River at the drive through in the future we will just pull away. I'm writing this review, knowing it's probably a waste of time since the HORRIBLE service we experienced came from the "manager" or shift supervisor. River called herself the manager, but what a HORRIBLE leader of people and HORRIBLE example she was tonight.

If they served smaller portions, I would definitely rate this business a five out of five. I often have to toss something out because the lowest size they have is simply too much. Custard is always delicious and the customer service is always excellent, however occasionally it's too much.

I visited this place shortly after doing some shopping at Ollie's. I was with a friend, and we ordered 2 custards but substituted the banana for another topping. After receiving my items, I noticed there were bananas in the custards anyway. I'm not sure if the employees were being funny, so to avoid conflict, feeling like I would have been met with cowardice instead of honesty, I chose not to address it. I hope this was just a misunderstanding, but I felt the need to say something just in case their are others who've had similar experiences here. I am black, and I was in view of the workers before my shakes were made, which caused my suspicion.

Service was good however the price for my drink was ridiculous! This was the root beer float that I was charged $11.99. The cashier said the prices went up. So the quality of the drink is what was given before I even attempted to taste it.

My first visit to Andy's Frozen custard. It reminded me of the Dairy Queen but with a lot more toppings and flavors. It was delicious but I probably won't return because of the price. A little pricey for what you get.
