The only compliment from tonight I could give this establishment is that our waitress was great.Outside of that, the restroom was sticky, legitimately covered in urine, and toliet paper everywhere. A stream of urine ran from the front of the toliet to the drain in the middle of the stall. (I've felt cleaner in my chicken coop...)The appetizers were good, but my dinner was not. Chicken was either undercooked or not real. The onions and mushrooms tasted foul, the steamed broccoli was less than ideal, and my drink had stuff floating in it.I don't know if it was a rough night, but I personally will not be going back. During dinner, I actually started feeling ill from my food. I didn't even want to take home anything.

I traveled from Nj to visit with my fiancé and our son. I stood at the front waiting to be acknowledged. One person said hello and later found out he said we will be with you but I barely heard him. I thought he was a food runner or a person who cleared tables by his uniform. But for the fact I want to give respect (I will say she) the bartender watched me looking for help but didn’t respond until I was surrounded by HER coworkers and very rudely stated I was just going to have to wait when I was already talking to the manager with locs. When I explained my problem was I wasn’t acknowledged for 15 min and now being surrounded by men. A slim male server then told me I would have to wait 25 min to be seated with plenty of tables available. However the woman waiting with her birthday party told me they were told a 10 min wait about 10 min into my wait. I felt hostility because I voiced myself. I’m a head chef and manager for well over a decade at 3 restaurants and totally understand the dinner slam and I felt I was very patient. I personally have to cook , plate, serve, host and clean not only my dishes but the customers also by myself . I could’ve been sat and had some drinks while I waited for the kitchen to be reset. But the attitude of the server and bartender made me so uncomfortable I didn’t think my food would be handled with care I eventually went across the street and got sat immediately with amazing service. This place that had way more people in it. I’m weary of going out to eat for this exact reason. But I was ok with it because the southerners were like fresh air except here. I won’t be returning but I wanted to let my experience be known.

I walked in and asked to speak to the manager. When he came up front, I promise you I smelt bourbon on his breath as he talked to me. This place is an absolute joke.
My party had ordered the " All you can eat" special. Unproperly cooked, flavor not good and portions and ability to get more lack efficiency. Our neighbors from another party had to call the restaurant to request for a manager to the phone to come to the table. I am sad that the quality of AppleBees in Charlotte is to be cautious of. Beware when you go.

The people are always nice but the pasta has been declining for a while. I have been getting the same thing for years and I know things change but the pasta has been getting dryer. So I always order an extra side of the sauce. This time there was basically no sauce on the pasta. I didn't ask for pasta on the side. I paid 2 dollars for an extra side of sauce that clearly looks and tastes watered down. Truly disappointed this time. Luckily my kids were happy enough with their food but I was really looking forward to this pasta.
I brought my mom here for her Birthday and the Host went out of his way to make sure she enjoyed her night and even got her a complimentary brownie Sunday! Also it was the first time in 63 years that my mother has went out to a restaurant and they actually sung her happy birthday ❤️ I really appreciate how well Richie treated my mother. Also the server Jessica was such a doll! Each and everyone of the staff who went out of their way tonight to sing a 63 year old lady happy birthday, thank you so much! You made her day!
