Had a dispute about workers attitude. She called her father who pulled a firearm at me and my 4 year old daughter 2 workers defending him. Police called and both workers left with the man and the gun.

The coffee was excellent and our server was gracious, which I appreciate. He was young and perhaps this was a part time job, yet he showed us kindness and respect as he waited on us. His conscientious attitude was something I rarely see in today's culture. Thank you.

Staff was helpful. The tables are never clean it seems though. Food and drinks were good. Men's rest room was disgusting and had no hand soap.

Worst baskin Robbins I've ever been to pretty gross. I order a reeces milkshake medium in size and she gave me milk. That and they didnt know how to scoop the ice cream and didnt wear gloves ?!!

LOL So many bad reviews here and they don't flinch. Their attitude stink and the cakes tasted old. I wrote into corp about how I got treated badly a couple of months back. I wasn't expecting anything from them but wanted to vent. To my surprise a very nice email got back. Someone actually listened! They agreed that the franchise should take the customers more seriously. Apologized profusely and offered another cake to me. I declined, I was not confident that another cake from that store would taste any better besides I am done dealing with them in this particular store. Nevertheless they said they had made known this issue to the store and someone will contact me and refund my money. Guess what? 3 months flew by and not a word. *crickets...* They don't give a hoot.

I just called this location to order an ice cream birthday cake. I spoke with someone named Ashley. She informed me that they are not taking orders for cakes at this time. I asked if they had any cakes already made for sale, to which she said yes. I asked her to let me know what flavors they had so I could decide whether to purchase one there. She informed me that she was too busy to check. This is just lazy and pitiful customer service. Good luck staying in business with this mindset.

I just wanted to note that the young woman at the counter was rude. Upon our arrival we were immediately yelled at told we wouldn't be served. Informing us that we unfortunately arrived after time would have been fine especially if it was done in a polite fashion. I stated to her that I believed her response was very rude but it was ignored. I called to leave a message for the manager but no answer as well as the voice mail was full. Lastly there were multiple large water bugs the door.

Really good ice cream flavors and the coffee is amazing too. So glad it’s in Matthews! A nice place to visit for a treat and there is a pond with chairs and tables just outside to relax at.

All I have to say is you need to find better people to run your store for you whoever is the manager or owner. Today I watched the gal in charge take cash from somebody with her gloves on and then serve the next person with those same gloves by touching food. Now I have a hard time with this in the best of times but where we are today with coronavirus it's a huge deal because she was touching a register, then cash that was in somebody's pocket and then food that somebody would eat. When I pointed it out to her she looked at the person she was serving like what do you want me to do get you fresh food. I was next and she didn't want to serve me so she went to the back and asked somebody else to serve me. That person wasn't any better. They were rude and condescending and all I was doing was trying to keep somebody healthy and them doing the right thing. By the third thing that went wrong I got a bit irritated and I behaved badly. I instantly apologized and then they proceeded to tell me to leave or they would call somebody. I had to ask for my receipt dozen times and when I didn't get it I finally demanded a refund. She happily took my ice cream walked away and let the other girl the one (not in charge) refund my money. Bad business.

I've avoided this place because of the bad reviews but it is a very nice place to take the kids for ice cream plus it smells great from the drinking doughnut/coffee:) glad we gave it a try!
