Perfect blend of sweetness.Being a southern girl from birth, I’ve never understood the desire to eat messy chicken wings with so little meat benefit for all the work of getting a bite off the bone. Several years back someone introduced me to Bisontes, ordered me wings and the light bulb went off right over my head. So this is what real Buffalo wings taste like. I finally understand the craze now and am a wing consumer as long as they come from here.The atmosphere isn’t the big deal here. Most people coming in were getting pizza to go. This place takes extra care to produce delicious food. I believe their secret must be that they don’t scrimp on ingredients.Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome place that reminds me of the pizza joints I used to go to in Buffalo. I would put their pizza up against any in Charlotte.The wings are fine, I don't think they stand out particularly, but the pizza and subs are so good it really doesn't matter. They do the cupped pepperoni to perfection.

We went on a Sunday for lunch. I'm from Buffalo and it was my birthday. I was so excited to try it here. The wings were fine, at best. The pizza was good, but my second slice was room temp - like it had been sitting out for days. I nearly gagged. The Gluten free pizza was a blackened piece of cardboard. Completely crunchy. Now, we know GF is tough and we didn't have expectations that it would be like the regular pizza, but there was absolutely no effort to make this edible. Gluten free friends, stay away.We all came home and made a real lunch here because we were all so hungry. It was a total disappointment, a waste of time and money.

Ordered buffalo style pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. Very disappointed because 25% of the pie didn't even have cheese on it. Paid and add'l $4 for extra cheese and it didn't even have the regular amount. Won't be back.

We came in at 4:26 and were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered 1 slice of cheese and 2 subs. We had a seat. At 4:50 no one had brought our food or called our name. When I went to the cashier, they said they didn't know where my order was. When found, it was on a shelf behind the cashier. They had been there so long the sandwiches were soggy. They made no apology. I would not recommend this place. Too many other good restaurants with good service to waste your money here.

Manager is flat out rude and verbally abusive to his employees. Real close to calling HR on him…..
