BIG BACK BERNICE OR VERNICE SHIFT LEADER IS TERRIBLE!!! JUST HORRIBLE…SHE TELLS CUSTOMERS THEY ARE DONE FRYING CHICKEN FOR THE NIGHT TWO HOURS BEFORE THIS LOCATION CLOSES WHEN THERE IS NO FOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!!! HER UNIFORM SHIRT IS TOO SMALL AND HER GUT FAT COMES OUT OF THE SIDE OF HER SHIRT. SHE TELLS CUSTOMERS TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE AS SHE WALKS AROUND THE STORE ON SOCIAL MEDIA ON HER PHONE!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER IN A GOOD MOOD EXCEPT THE CSR AFRICAN AMERICAN GIRL. THE STORE MANAGER WHO IS A MALE NEEDS TO BE FITTED FOR A BRA AND YOU HAVE TO ARGUE JUST TO GET FOOD FIXED AT 8PM. I WILL FIND ANOTHER LOCATION TO EAT AT BECAUSE BERNICE OR VERNICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IS ONE OF THE REASONS POPEYES IS TAKING OVER THE CAROLINAS. If I could give this a negative star I definitely would. Service is horrible when you order inside. There is this lady that always has a nasty attitude & never treats me or anyone right every time I come in & order food. She is always aggravated & has a bitter attitude. If you come here & order inside just be mindful.

They need to clean and revamp this one. It is dirty, dank and the food service area is unkempt. The staff were totally chatting in front of customers about all sorts of private things. Took nearly 10 min to get a basic order and they had zero customers inside. I love Bojangles but this one was disappointing.

The whole place looked dirty, nasty, and outdated, felt like i was eating in a retirement home. Soda tasted like the soda machine hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Food was rubbery and my biscuit was squished for some reason. Service was ok but only waited a bit to take my order.
