Absolutely awful! We have dined in twice at this particular location. The first time, we sat at the bar & the bartender was more concerned with his betting & watching game. He was completely inattentive but drinks & food were good. The second time we dined in our waiter was also very inattentive; food was just ok. However the manager was good. Last night we got food to go. It was all terrible & $70! I got fish & chips. I think it’s terrible that no vegetable is offered, but I suppose that’s normal with the American diet. My fish was soggy & the fries I had specifically asked my husband to order with no seasoning & well done. They were soggy & salty. I had to put in the oven so I couldn’t eat at same time as him. It was still disgusting & went in trash. My husband a steak & mashed potatoes were subpar. Portions pathetic. But what really annoyed me was we splurged on a dessert that we don’t normally do. We got the new flourless brownie & I was excited, not about the brownie, but that it was supposed to come with fresh whipped cream, strawberry champagne sauce, balsamic & basil. The brownies were not very good; but the whipped cream was tiny & not really whipped, no basil & the strawberry sauce tasted nothing of champagne. Also went in trash. 3 strikes you are out, we will not be eating there again!

Excellent customer service! Very bland food. The shrimp on my pasta resembled shrimp dumped out of a bag in my freezer. Our lunch meals really weren't worth $20+ each. I don't have plans to return and can't say I'd recommend this restaurant.
slow service, over cooked fish. I like Bonefish but this wasn't a good experience. more frustrating given it wasn't crowded and a lot of people standing around.

Went for a Sunday lunch. Once the waitress found that she was assigned our area, she was very good. We ordered a salmon and a grouper. Both dishes were good. Finished it off with a drunken coconut pie, which I scraped the plate afterward to ensure I didn't leave any crumbs.
