This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats and ordered lunch from this location on Friday, 03-10-23, but it served as dinner too on a long day. I ordered The Chick, which was a scoop of Jalapeño Holly with a side of grape salad, a small Olivia's Old South, a chocolate marshmallow crispy bar, and a slice of key lime pie. Everything was good. I hadn't had the grape salad in years, & it was as great as I'd remembered.I was using a coupon with Uber Eats & I really got a good bang for my buck with this order. While unpictured, I've since entered the restaurant for a takeout order. The staff was pleasant. Even with a short wait, they checked in with me. Looking forward to returning.

This is my first visit. There are four groups of chicken salad, each with twelve different varieties, and they are all quite good. You can't find someone you love, how? on wheat or white bread croissants. Along with a cookie and a side dish! At the checkout, the convoluted ordering process was greatly streamlined. I adore this location. This is my favorite spot because Chick Fillet doesn't serve chicken salad sandwiches. The side of fruit salad was also excellent and reasonably priced.

4 stars because I love the food but we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:43. We arrived at 1:40 and stood by the pickup sign. It was busy so I understand it not being ready by 1:43 but every single person that was in line ordering got their food before us. I finally got my order at 2:05 but that was after I had to ask about it. No one said anything to us from the time we walked in to the time we asked for an update. Typically when people have to wait somewhere people at least say “sorry for the wait” but all we got was a “here ya go”. I will be back because I love Chicken Salad Chick, but the customer service could definitely improve!

The food was passable. The small cup of loaded baked potato soup was too salty and tasted kind of like it might've come from Sysco food or US foods. Typical chain restaurant fare. The chicken salad was good, but the two items came to $17 (w/o tip). Compared to other chicken joints (eg. Chick-Fil-A) it just was too much to pay. Service was acceptable. Staff was friendly and seemed to be doing their best. I guess that's already something worth paying for.

Love the variety of chicken salad one can try. Portions are quite decent for the price.
We went at lunchtime and it was packed! It's hard to get photos because people were sitting at all the tables. They move the line along quickly. You walk up to the counter,place your order. You grab your drink and find a soy to sit and wait until your good is brought to you. They are pretty quick with getting the food out. We did the seasonal, Deck the Halls (I loved it, sad it's seasonal), and Cranberry Kelli with grape salad and broccoli salad as sides. They so offer sandwiches and salads as well. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I absolutely love chicken salad chick! No joke, I can (and do a lot of weeks) eat here multiple times a week. I love the Fancy Nancy, Classic Carol, Sassy Scotty, Buffalo Barclay & Kickin Kaylynn. I'm sure I'd like something about all of their chicken salads they have to offer! Go ahead, get out there and get a plate! What are you waiting for?
