Considering the average of 3.7 stars, I was hesitant to order from here, but my kid really wanted Dominos. Happy to share it was a 5 star experience from the phone call to delivery. Food was great and on time. We ordered 4 different items and received everything as ordered.

If I could give it zero stars - I would! I ordered on the Dominoes app at 4:36 on a Monday afternoon. The app indicated that my pizza would be ready by 5:00. I drove up to the Dominoes and waited until 5 after 5 before going into the store. The young girl told me that they had just put my pizza in the oven and it would be 15 minutes. I was annoyed but waited the 15 minutes before going back into the store. This time the same girl said they have been slammed and they are just now putting my pizza in the oven. I reminded her that she had told me this same story earlier. I asked to speak with the manager and she informed me there was no manager on site which was part of the issue. She assured me that it would only be 8 more minutes. I waited 10 and another girl handed me the pizza.- which of course had burned edges. Is it too much to ask that the pizza we order be ready when promised and not burnt? No apologies from the staff there for their horrible service.

No tracking on our order then we received a text that the driver was here, we came down not even 2 minutes later and the driver wasn't there. When we called the store they said the driver was here for over 20 minutes before leaving and to come pick it up ourselves. Very confusing.

The pizza wasn't really good in my opinion. We ordered multiple pizzas and the boxes weren't even labeled for a large party order,so one of us had to find a magic marker and go through each box to mark the different choices. I feel this was totally sloppy on their part!

Terrible customer service. Got 16 hot wings, came with no sauce on them. Manager refused to give me credit or replacement. Never ordering again.

Waited over an hour for a small pizza that was ordered online for pick up. When I got there my order hadn't even been started. Had to wait another 15 mins. Also, noticed the employee handled money and touched multiple surfaces and went back to making pizzas without washing her hands or changing gloves. I

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Picked up 3 pies with the kids after a looong day. Was looking for an easy dinner. Got home, 2 of 3 pizzas were unacceptable. 1 was completely burnt, 1 was supposed to be a simple cheese pie, and it was pepperoni. My hungry and exhausted kids were very unhappy. Called the store. Spoke to Brian (or Ryan) and asked if they could run them out to me. He said yes, but I would have to pay for delivery. I asked what my other options were and he said he'd refund me the two pies and I get nothing, which would not be acceptable because I'd then have no dinner for anyone, or I could come back out and he'd remake, which would require me to get the kids back in the car for a 20-30min round trip excursion... obviously not ideal.I asked again if he could find a way to run these 2 pizzas out to me, and he said no. I asked him how long it would take to remake them, AND HE HUNG UP ON ME! I called right back and asked why he hing up on me? He said he thought I was yelling at him. Now, I understand this is a Google review and pure hearsay, but in no way, shape, or form was I yelling at him. My voice wasn't even raised. Not my style, and I was way too tired to argue with anyone.Ffw'd to me driving back out there... this guy didn't come to the counter. Didn't speak with me. Didn't aplogoze. The woman I spoke with told me Brian/Ryan isn't the manager. Some guy named Luke was. I asked for the owners name. She didn't know, but offered me the gm's name, Matthew Whittaker. I can't find contact info to directly get with him, but Mr. Whittaker, if you ever read this, the people you've employed at your establishment are rude, show no respect, and treat customers like garbage. This awful customer service has happened to me once before here, and I figured I had to say something this second time.You screwed up the order. Either refund and run them out to me or refund if I agree to come back to the store. Making me come back to the store AND have to pay to do that is not the "right" option.

I received a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza because my last delivery last weekend was super late. I wasn’t upset about it though and didn’t even call to complain or anything. But after my order was delivered last week, I got an email with the coupon saying something like “that didn’t go as planned, let us make it up to you.” I thought that was really nice so I planned on using the coupon this weekend (I only had a week to use it anyway). I tried to use the coupon online. It was a coupon that was for delivery only. However I couldn’t place the order. It was prompting me to meet the cart minimum and add another $13.99 worth of food. Now when I use my points to redeem a free pizza, I don’t have to do that. So I called the store to see if I could use the coupon over the phone. The guy, who said he was the manager, told me “I don’t control the internet” and I let that slide. I told him I was just trying to figure how to use the delivery only coupon. So I just asked politely if there was a number for a central customer service number that could potentially help me out. I thought the phone line disconnected but he actually hung up on me. I called back and a young lady answered the phone and I politely asked her the same question and she placed me on hold. Some guy, I’m assuming the same “manager” took the phone off hold/mute, I think unknowingly, and started making some unsavory comments about me and stated “I don’t know why y’all keep asking me that we don’t give customers that number. That’s d***** I said hello a few times to try to alert him that I could hear him and he finally addresses me directly and gives me a wrong number on purpose. I knew it was phony when he was giving it to me. It was the number to some sort of infectious disease place or something. That’s just so childish. How is he even a manger? Stop hiring kids for adult jobs. Sheesh. So I called another Dominos in the area and asked for a centralized customer care number to try to use my coupon and low and behold, they gave me a working number with no hassle at all. The “manager” at this store is terrible for no reason. I wasn’t even loud, rude, or nasty about it. I’ve never really had trouble with this place until now. I was just trying to use my coupon code…..that Dominos sent me. This place officially sucks. And it’s sad because their delivery drivers are so nice. But I likely won’t order from here again. At least not on purpose. Go somewhere else.

This was one of the biggest clusters messes I have have ever seen. My Awesome Wife called in the order and I had a 20 minute window to get there to pick it up. When I got there they told me that it would be another 25 minutes. So I pulled up a chair and decided to write this review. As I was patiently waiting for my long overdue food I noticed two young men working hard at warp speed trying to fill these orders that they were under staffed and way behind . Those two guys deserve a raise because they were working hard and still had great professionalism. Great job guys! When i finally got my food and got it home the food was warm fresh and delicious!. Sorry I had to deduct two stars because it took over an hour to get my scrumptious meal. Welcome to Yelp town where my people like me to break it down. Anyway God is Good! I ordered curbside because I have 4 young kids, including a newborn. I clicked the app to notify that I was there. Within 2 minutes, a girl came out with an order, but it was not mine so she went back in. After waiting 20 minutes after my estimated pickup time, I checked the app again and it showed completed and only gave me the option to order again. I went inside to see what was going on and if it was ready. The guy behind the counter said they went out but I wasn’t out there. I let him know that was a different order and the girl confirmed I was correct. I asked about the free pizza for not delivering within 2 minutes and he was completely incompetent. I asked him how he could help me and he said he couldn’t. He would not budge on knowing how to help me or offering a solution to their mistake so I just left. First and last time I will ever go there. Worst customer service. You could tell he had no desire to help or care.
