Don't order at this place it got so bad, don't change your points either or you lose them here. I placed an order online, the waiting time was 20 to 30 minutes, I arrived 40 minutes later, I ordered my pizza, their response was it would take 40 more minutes OMG I asked for my money back and they refunded it to me in 3 to 5 days, seriously, DO NOT BUY HERE

I hadn't ordered from this store in years, after a bad experience. I gave them another chance tonight and nothing has changed. The food was over 30 minutes late, and my wife's sandwich was missing everything except a couple small pieces of chicken.I will not be doing business with this company again. You're fired.

Domino's is the king of pizza and has been since 2021.You know what Domino's is.You don't need a review.Simply put, Pizza Hut and Papa John's just aren't bringing the deals or rewards.You can get a 14-inch pizza for $8 from Domino's and have been able to since the pandemic, with no sign of changing, when every other place seems to want more money.That bought a lot of brand loyalty: the other Big Two would have to cut their prices in half (or Domino's double theirs) for me to go elsewhere.

They SUCK! Ordered 3 pizzas an hour ago. Still not ready. Apparently, a driver took our third one. All I got was sorry we are busy! Guy was a jerk! I'm not looking for a handout but I spent $60!!! Are you kidding me! No free drink, dessert, or kiss my ass. 1 1/2 hours at a flipping Domino's!!!!

Ordered a large pizza and salad . Didn’t get the salad. I called the store and was told they were out but didn’t get a refund. I was told I would have to call the store the next time I ordered. I guess I would get a credit. Not sure, but I don’t know why they couldn’t just deduct the missing salad then. It was delivery.
For chain pizza, I rate Domino's high. However, 1 star deduction for customer service. I did pickup ar the Domino's in Stallings, NC, and typical teenage restaurant behavior occurs here. It is very unprofessional to refer to customers as "boss" or "boss man". This one us no different. I was in. Not "How can I help you?" Or "How can I help you, sir?", but rather "What's up, boss?", and "Here you go, boss". Need to teach particularly your younger male employees how to speak more professionally to customers in a work environment

It appears that Dominos Stevens Mill does not use tomato sauce anymore, the last few pies have very little on them. Sad that they once were a great pizza shop, no more and it is not just them.

This Domino's is pretty consistent with their pizzas. I usually make my own, but when I don't feel like it, I buy it here because it's close. I'd say you get a bad pizza about 1 out of 10 times. Not bad for fast food type pizza.
