I felt like they rushed to make my food because my sandwich is not how it normally is and they literally covered my fries in salt. Like season is fine but I can’t even eat it it’s not good. Disappointed in five guys. I understand it was 8ish but y’all close at 10. Hospitality is hospitality.

Saturday night and they desperately need an adult behind the counter. Management lacking and the kiddies working there are busy having a conversation and looking at phones and arguing about websites while people sit and wait for their food. Many people waiting and no burgers on the grill - it’s empty.

The food here is always fresh, and hot. Tonight the staff were all smiling, welcomed us as we walked in and eager to please. It was so refreshing to see people enjoying their job and smiling. Great job Five Guys staff.
