I have come to this location a few times. Super clean but that’s where the good ends. I always find myself standing in line for over 10 minutes with no help with no one in the building. There is always only one person working and I don’t know if they are sitting in the back or simply no one is there. My most recent time, I had to walk out because my lunch break was almost over. When I do get help, the women who was working had earbuds in and wouldn’t taken them out when I was talking to her. On top of that, my order was messed up and I wasn’t given the option to add a drink or anything. I would love to come back but there are several things that would have to be fixed before I do so.

Drove a hour to get here to try this place out for my daughter in law's birthday. The building is extremely clean and the staff super friendly. Bathrooms are very nice as well. We spent $90 on a grilled cheese sandwich and 4 bowls of pasta and cheese cake bites. My grilled cheese was $12.99 I got 4 pieces of cheese and 2 slices of bread. Each bowl was around $12.99 and the cheese cake bites were around $7.00. I'm disappointed in the fact that when I watched the lady make my food when she scraped the smallest amount of meat and a teaspoon of of onions in my bowl. I asked for more and she said there was no more. The cheese cake bites were no bake balls of cream cheese cinnamon and gram cracker crumbs. They were big in size but not big on flavor. The strawberry sauce tasted like how bath and body works smells. My son had jalapeno cheese bites and he said they had a nice spice to it. We ate in the parking lot and left most of the food there for the birds who loved it. The only thing I didn't like was you have a order here sign and a pay here sign. And you're supposed to order your food and they make it and then you pay and pick up your food. They made us pay before they would make our food. I asked why and was just told I'll take care of you here. I asked so how does it work when you got a line of people? Do you have them order food and skip everyone and then jump back in line in front of everyone? ..... No response... Then 2 men came in behind us.... Ordered.. Built their bowls like we did.... But then they payed and picked up their food. They weren't made to pay up front like us. Oh also bought the cookies for around $5.00 they were soft. Overall it just ok.

Just paid $30+ for three bowls - one classic Mac and cheese (which was great), one vegetable bowl (pic attached) and one quinoa Buffalo chicken bowl (pic attached). These two bowls were less than 20% filled. What an absolute joke! I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.

We have ordered from here several times, I must say that today the food experience was horrible, we had burned food and my coworker ordered the cheese and broccoli and received 3 pieces of broccoli and mush cheese in the container. I was highly disappointed with my order today. Definitely not going to order from here again.

I do not know how to start! We arrived early so we decided to wait--all the lights were on inside building. We waited the 30 minutes for them to open. At 11 got out and checked the door--locked. 11:05 checked again ( now seeing the person working inside) , waited another 5 minutes checked again--STILL LOCKED! We then called and was told they are not opening at 11 this day because they need to unload their truck that arrived late. No note on door, ignoring us looking in while they worked in the oven. How terrible to treat your customers. Is this how you run a business. As you can imagine, along with all the negative reviews of food we have decided to pass on this take out--too much competition in the area that would appreciate our business.

So let me start off by stating that inflation is happening everywhere, and it is getting near impossible to find a great priced lunch spot. With that being said, I was very accepting of the cost and tip for my wife, child, and self being $45.Now the food: I got the "best of both worlds sandwich", and I LOVED it. I am not normally one to finish my plate, but it was so good I couldn't stop til I was done. The meat portion on it was conservative, but for mac/cheese/meat/sauce/bread ratios, it was ideal. And I will note the bread was PERFECTLY toasted. I also got the tatortots, they were good; good seasoning, and toasted to a crispness that is desirable to palet. Nothing special about them other than they are just a good solid tatortot. My sandwich also came with a side of tomato soup for dipping, and I will say it complimented the sandwich really well.My daughter, who isn't a super picky eater but sometimes doesn't like to eat her food, seemed to really enjoy her Mac and cheese, as well as the tots. My wife, who wanted to try the eatery got the chicken parm Mac and rated it a solid 7/10. It wasn't really as Italian as she desired, but it was a good concept dish.I will also take time to note that the red velvet cookies are in the top 3 for that variety that I have tried. I might have just gotten them super fresh, making a big difference; but I try red velvet cookies when ever I find them, in hopes I find the one that satisfies the desire I constantly have for them. This place has a really solid one.

The food cost $40 for two bowls and you get half a cup of Mac. So not worth it. Will never return, big ripoff.
