This place is made special by the people that work there. They are inviting and welcoming. I bought 3 subs and always get the day old bread. The bread is the best and the contents of the subs always very good. Fast service with a smile is the best.

Bad. My son placed an order for a standard sandwich that included cheese, turkey, oregano, salt, and pepper. After we departed, they provided us packets of salt and pepper but forgot the oregano, so whatever. Unfortunately, there was not enough meat to serve a 4-year-old. This is how a $8 sub looks after you pay for it? Never turning around.

If you order extra meat or extra anything make sure you check it. I ordered a Vito today with extra Salami. Where’s the extra salami? I called their store and the manager told me he remembered my order and added extra salami then asked me to send him the photo to his personal cell and hung up. Did not offer any sort of resolution.He did not call me back until after I completed their survey. I wish I could also post his voicemail. He said he offered to make it again on the phone when I first called, but he never did say that. Just asked for a photo then click! Poor customer service! Y’all need a new manager with better communication skills.
