The ambiance was beautiful the restrooms were clean but unfortunately we were treated very passive aggressively by staff they gave us food poisoning we we’re deathly ill we paid 143.00 including tip including lobster tail two …sad never again first time ever going again felt racially profiled like we couldn’t afford the meal we are food critics traveling the state trying delicious food at restaurants but we were humbled by this experience you can’t go everywhere everybody isn’t for youYou can’t trust anybody trust your instincts always Don’t go places you are not really welcome you’ll know I spent time in the ER today.

Highly disappointed!!! Will never go AGAIN!Was seated @9pm , and seated in the corner for 15 mins, without being attended or approached by any waitress! Went to the front desk and told the young girl that I wasn’t being attended by anyone so she proceeded to move me and my family to the center (another table) waited 10 MORE MINS! waitresses walking by us without approaching us after 15 mins more waiting I proceeded to the front and spoke to the same young lady and told her 20-25 mins pass by with out being attended was very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Spoke to the the manager (Lonnie O’ Daniel) all he could do was give a discount if we would go back and we didn’t go back!

Great steakhouse, great service. We had a great waitress today,sweet girl and this was at lunch today.I think my dad may have scared her for making a mistake on the bill,young people like her have a lot of stress these days. Please don't fire her for a little mistake like that.we had a great waitress today but our steak's were tough to eat. They weren't what what the waitress put on the bill. The kitchen mad the mistake not her . She was sweet as she could be.

Service was ok. Ordered the longhorn, medium with lobster tail add on. First time steak was over cooked and lobster was still raw. Second time steak was raw and lobster was very fishy. Kitchen needs to be re-staffed. As a STEAKHOUSE, this is unacceptable. Never coming back.

There was hair in cocktail the waiter was never around to full water glass or clear finished dishes the food was cold and wasn't prepared the way I requested my meal came out incomplete and when they did bring out what was missing was not cooked I was unimpressed
I tend to visit this location most often. My last visit was to use my birthday gift of a free dessert with an entrée purchase. I ordered the farm fresh field greens with grilled salmon salad and the cheesecake; the order came with complimentary bread.I ordered online and the order was brought to me on time. After a long day, the salad was so good. I think the cheesecake tasted better because it was free. Looking forward to returning soon.

Jossy is an amazing server that I never met, she is so professional, and nice she has a very good customer service.
Food was great, but there were new chefs and cooks, so food took longer to get. I won't take off a star for people who are learning. I'm not as big of a fan of their steaks, not because they're not good, but because it's not my favorite seasoning - I prefer just salt and pepper unless it's me prepping and cooking it
