My husband ate lunch there yesterday (2/1/2024). At 2:00 am he woke up, very sick. I will spare you all of the details. Covid negative, flu negative, food poisoning positive. FYI!! He ate the Horseradish Roast Beef & Cheddar.

Hate to say it because I used to LOVE McAllisters but food not good. Second time ordering in last month. Ate in first time - food not hot, smaller portions. 2nd time tonight ordered to-go for 10 people. Only drove 2 miles to eat so food should have still been hot/warm. Nacho cheese luke warm, soup less than luke warm, kids pizza not close to warm, baked potato not warm, etc. disappointing! Won’t be back

The food is really good one problem got out late as a cord got unplugged and their tv cut off not there problem got 3 free cookies. The service is good as said before i got 3 free cookies and everyone was really nice.

I ordered a Spud Max. I received a large baked potato with less than a full slice of turkey, 3-1 inch pieces of bacon, and a dot of cheese. The potato was dry. There was nothing "max" about this meal I wish I had opened the box at the restaurant instead of when I arrived home because I would have returned it. It was not worth anything remotely close to the $11.90 I was charged. I will not go back.

Had a pick up order, first of all you need to make a better sign saying pick up orders cause I clearly didn't see one. Only to go orders. Fast at getting the order out but my hot order was not hot it was cold and everything was thrown together. Just standing there in line I can tell how a mess this place was. I don't recommend this place to anyone, only worried to eat I don't want to get sick.

I stopped by for to go order for my dinner. I ordered a pick 2 which was the Savannah chop salad and soup. First of all the wait was rather long and the restaurant was not very busy. I sit and waited on my order and a guy brought it to me and did not even verify my name when giving it to me. He shoved it to me pretty fast and just walked away and disappeared in the kitchen. The order was not even mine it was for another lady named Janice. I went to the cashier and and told her this is not my order and she took it and I waited on my correct order. The same guy brought me the order and this time the bag and no receipt or name on the bag so I assume it was my correct order. Silly me should have checked it. When I got home open the bag up it was the same wrong order as before and he stuck the receipt with the name Janice inside the bag so I would not see it. I did have time to drive back to the restaurant so I did eat the soup with this order but threw the sandwich away. I did not want a sandwich. I ordered a salad. I can't believe that he intentionally gave me the same wrong order the second time. I understand the first time a mistake but not the second time. I will never get food there again. The assistant manager did email me and offered me free 2 meals for the mess up. Also he explained to me he has some new employees in training and going to talk to the staff of the importance of verifying the customers names when picking up

The food was good. I had the half and half the sweet and spicy chicken and a baked potato. My friends enjoyed their lunches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is casual. The floors were filthy and the bathrooms were very dirty. In fact my friend said they were disgusting. I did not go into the bathrooms.
