The absolute rudest person I've ever met in a McDonalds. She was some sort of "manager". Her menu's were not working to order, so someone finally came and took our order.I order a QuarterPounder meal. My son ordered the McChicken sandwich meal.I looked at the receipt and it charged me 9.69 for the Quarter pounder meal. I looked on the menu and it's $6.99. The young man apparently charged me for a quarter pounder with cheese. I do not eat cheese period. When I tried to show this "manager" person, I took her to the automated menu and showed her that it was supposed to be $6.99. She said "you're wrong". I told her NO I was not, her employee made the mistake. She insisted and started raising her voice to me and I told her, "she was not a good example of customer service for her employees or McDonalds". She was pissed and started yelling louder, She would not simply look and see that her employee made the mistake, she was only interested in yelling a me.I would advise EVERYONE to stay away from McDonald's restaurant in the Waverly shopping center off Providence Rd, unless you like someone being very ugly and certainly no respect for anyone.I'm a Senior Google Guide in Charlotte, NC and I've had millions of people read my reviews and see all the images. Too bad I couldn't get a picture of "Miss Manager", so everyone can know what McDonald's managers, ARE NOT supposed to be.Just look at the receipt, "the manager" wouldn't take the time to see they were wrong, she would rather abuse a customer.Stay Away....

Going inside and the only option is to order at the kiosk which is beyond slow and the payment wouldn’t process at the kiosk so then we had to wait in line to go to the counter to pay. No option to order at the counter. McDonalds is trying to eliminate jobs but this isn’t the solution

To be ignored for 4 minutes seems longer when you're the only customer in the store. Yes it was lunch and the drive through had 18 cars in line...

Terrible McDonald's. Whoever owns the franchise of this location, doesn't care about customers. Contacted customer care corporate several times and the franchise doesn't even reach out about a bad order I had and spent money on. Corporate said they would reach out but they never did.

The service is terrible. The employee ate French fries from a customer's order, and another time he picked up the lid from the floor and put it on a plastic cup.

Whoever made ordwe 639, that was the best mcdouble I've ever had and I've probably had hundreds. Sometimes they are gross, sometimes they have crud from an unclean grill on it, but yours was the way they are intended. Perfectly cooked burger without being overcooked, cheese melted to just the perfect amount, bun was soft but sturdy, not hard anywhere like I've gotten before. I feel silly posting a review for a fast food joint but that mcdoubke was so night and day better than what I usually get from any other McDonald's I felt compelled. Whatever you're doing, keep it up mystery chef

Horrible long wait. Ordered to dine in at the self serve quiosk. There was a huge line inside & outside. Seemed as if they were helping all of the drive-thru customers & we were invisible. Terrible customer service.
