Great place for a large group with vegetarian options. I give 5 stars to Chad for his quick and friendly service. His coworkers need to follow suit and learn how to accommodate Customers requests, instead of playing rock paper scissors at the front of the house. ??♀️

This was my first time eating here and the server was amazing explaining how everything worked. You could see the kitchen and everything. The food comes out super fast and have out of this world cheese ragoons. Now the seating wasn't the best kind of clustered together. For it to be a Saturday we got in pretty quick. Food super fresh.

This place was great. The service was awesome. Our waitress walked us through how to order and was very on top of helping us out. the Food came out very quickly. Bare in mind this was a Saturday night. we had about a 5-10 min wait for a table. we ordered about 8 different rolls and they were all well made and beautifully presented. the price is spot-on for All you can eat. I recommend this place to everyone. We will be going again.
Got lunch tuesday afternoon. Food was delectable and service was impeccable. I had the sweetest young lady named Kendall serving me. She kept our drinks full the whole time and made sure we were attended to. She was great!!

I just wanted to say it’s my first time coming to Mr. Tokyo in Charlotte. My server Michelle was the best! it was super busy but the food come out fast. she was also really fast as well. She checked up on me even though she had two parties. I saw that she was busy but decided to give her some time. She checked up on me and refill my drinks, ask if I want to order some more since I did the All You Can Eat Sushi & Hibachi. Michelle was really friendly and sweet!

The food was amazing It didn't take too long for the food the atmosphere was amazing it wasn't loud. The service was 3 stars because the waiter had a bad attitude and did not like talking to our table of 3. Besides that they had a large menu with a lot of choices hibachi and sushi also have restrooms as well the place is kid friendly if your kid doesn't like sushi try to get them to eat the cucumber roll it's just rice and cucumbers!Parking: It was hard to find parking but we were able to find plenty of spots for people to park near the back of the parking lot

March 2024. Alright.... For real this time. Slacked off last 2 years but I mean it this time. Will never return or go to other buffets unless it's with a lucky girlfriend in the future. Been going to Mr. Tokyo for years, love this place, you get as much sushi made fresh, as you can eat. It is higher quality than most places I have had around CLT. The crab lagoons are awesome, and I really like the ginger suace one the salads.

I keep promising never to go back here but went yesterday because it was chosen by a family member for their birthday.The reason I have a bad taste in my mouth for it goes back a couple of years. I bought a $50 gift card here for my nephew for Christmas. When he went to use it there was no money on the card. There was nothing I could do to prove it wasn’t already used. I felt scammed out of $50.Reason #2 - My son loves all you can eat and also sushi so he likes this place. My husband brought him to lunch here about a month ago. The sign outside says they open at 11am and they arrived right at 11. The door was unlocked and they went in. The employees turned around when they noticed them and seemed annoyed and said “We aren’t ready yet. You’ll have to wait.” I realize finding employees that understand customer service is tough these days, but my husband felt like an aggravation to them the entire meal. He left saying he’d never go back to “Mr Joke-EE-o”.Yet we went. And this time we sat in the party room which was nice for a large party. There were many different orders for our large party and our server was really professional and kind. The food was good and everyone enjoyed themselves. They ran out of bowls and couldn’t server soups. Ther server was apologetic and remembered, bringing soups toward the end of the meal. We brought in an outside cake and sang happy birthday. The potstickers and crabmeat salad are really yummy.Overall I’d say this place is hit or miss. It will never be my suggestion but I show up when it’s someone else’s favorite.

I must make a edit on this restaurant..1st thing the service is so slow .. next they ran out bowls for soup at 4:45 after they open at 4pm .next I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal because they had only one Chef the other rest of our party were on their 2nd course before i got my first . . Maybe some of this is beyond their control .but you might buy more bowls just a thought. Last problem is one they can control .. turn down the rock music. If its to turn tables get more help . Still they have a very good menu.. somthing for everyone ..and I like to try different things .. 3th you pay one price or a small price price for the extras .. last .. our waiter Ti.was outstanding .. he did st job with a table of 6 and orders shooting his way .. we had a wonderful time and have been back again already ..
