Why does the Caesar salad with chicken not come with chicken. Three times I've ordered for delivery and had no chicken.No hot water for tea. I bet the coffee is cold as well. Poorly managed location.

This Panera needs designated people to clean after each customer leaves. I had to wipe down my table and seat cushions for my friend and I before we could sit down at the table. Most of the table and chairs were dirty. It was crumbs everywhere. It seemed to be a lot of staff behind the counter but no one on the floor. I won't be returning. Please visit the new Panera on 49. A perfect example of what a Panera should look like.

There was a man named Hector that works at the panera bread in Matthews. He was VERRRRRY rude to me and my 5 year old cousine, cussing us out and telling us he was going to "tickle us". While saying all of these thing he kept signaling me to come outside and fight me. Please do not come here unless you want a very bad food experience. 1 star
At this location they always get my order right, have world class customer service always. Today the manager helped me with an online order where I made a mistake. I thank him for excellent customer service!

Got the pick 2 for lunch - ham sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup which was good but the best part was I got a baker's dozen bagels of cinnamon crunch and multi grain which is an impossible feat in the nearby

Food was great as always! The atmosphere however was HORRIBLE. It was freezing in the dining room! I hate to say that will keep us from returning! The people beside us asked staff to turn the air-conditioning off twice as did we. They went to their car and got blankets for the elderly couple with them just so tgey could stay and eat their meal. It was also in t h e mid 60s outside so it was not a hot day at all. We were totally ignored ALL OF US in our requests. My husband called the Matthews Store the next day to make the manager aware and was once again ignored! We won't be back again!

Was served by a moon-faced boy named Nick who abruptly walked away from me in the middle of my order and walked to the other end of the store to help some other random man find the salt and pepper. They both couldn’t wait one more minute?? All I wanted was a coffee and a muffin for christ’s sake. Will definitely be switching back to using the kiosks, even though i’m SO bad at remembering to ring up my drinks when I use those :) :)
