Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a bowl and about half way through eating it I pull a fly off of my fork. I go back for a refund and not a single apology or care was given for their disgusting actions. While waiting for my refund I saw that they have a very low sanitation rate. This place needs a new team that takes cleanliness seriously because this is ridiculous. I am absolutely sick to my stomach right now. I will not be back.

if i could put no stars i WOULD. i originally go to this qdoba all the time, but today i noticed how low the sanitation rating was, a 93. I work in the food industry so that’s pretty low for me. there was a COCKROACH the size of my hand on the GLASS that was on the food side. i was horrified. i was screaming of pure terror. never going back. i also took a picture.

Went in Qdoba while out shopping and I must say the one in Matthews seems to be 10x better than the others I’ve visited. I really like when ppl actually smile while making your order if that makes sense nowadays lol the manager Chris was very nice and I let him know his crew was very welcoming when I walked in as well as himself so he must be doing something right lol!

I went this past week and the food was very good, the employees were friendly and seemed happy to help and the location was clean!
Normally I get decent service from this location but not today. They officially open at 10:30, but when I ordered the soup at 10:40, I was told that it would be at least 30 min. Not acceptable when you have a 30 min lunch break.

I frequently go to a qudoba this one right here wassubpar!! My chips was salty no lettuce no fresh onions other than the pickled onions. Oh and let me mention i had to walk in a puddle of water before ordering when I mentioned it the staff said they just mopped (couldn't tell) then one state "maybe we should put a sign out" because of a leak

I ordered the create your own bowl on Uber eats and the bowl was barely filled. I was starving at work and really needed food. So I’m here wondering what I even paid $12 for because the bowl was barely filled and there is no way for me to make sure they put enough food in the bowl because I ordered online.I normally go to this qudoba because it’s close to my house but it’s starting to go down hill, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem the with serving amount.If I’m paying $12 I don’t want a single scoop of rice and chicken. I want what I paid for!
