I order from Red Bowl, probably two times weekly on Doordash. It had been quite some time since I ate there. We went today. The food was pretty good, but the customer service was not great for my table. I won't make guesses as to why, but I will not spend my money where I do not feel welcome. They lost a regular.Vegetarian options: Reasonable options.

The asian lady at the front desk is rude. Don't know how she is not fired yet but she does not bring a welcoming environment to this restaurant. Dont get me wrong, the food is good but her service is so horrible that its hard to stay a loyal customer.

so to start off i read reviews and hoped that they weren't true when i walked in today on december 24,2023 i was greeted by front desk lady and i had asked to place a to-go order and asked for a menu and she had not said a word and just point to the menu... i felt that was just a little rude ... but once i knew what i wanted i came to place my order and as i was i felt rushed as i was speaking she rolled her eyes numerous times & was huffing. This is me and my gf's first time ever being here so that experience kinda just made us not wanna come back anymore but after paying she never gave us the receipt and told us when it would be ready i asked and she was so rude about it once again.... the restaurant wasn't that busy at all i seen a lot of reviews about this lady being rude and even racist.... but the wait for the food wasn't long at all in fact the food was amazing... just wish the front lady would be nicer...

Food is ok and pricing is reasonable. Lighting is darker than it needs to be and tables are sticky. Don't get the miso soup. It's just bad. The Sushi is ok.

My favorite red bowl is in South Carolina near the boarder, this one is ok. Food is incrdible and you have got to at least try the house lo main. It's a meal on its own.

I came to an conclusion that the older lady only wants Caucasians as a customer. First I thought she was just typical mean faced Asian lady, but when I witnessed her treating white folks, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Talked to my wife about it, of course she wouldn't believe me at first. Later she told me she felt the same way. We liked the food but stop going there just because of her face.
