You really gotta piss me off to make me write a review. Idk who buddy with the dreads is but he slid his hair back and forth throughout my wrap on top of making my wrap the way he wanted too. Won't be going back there again. Customer service must not be a thing anymore.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE location! The customer service was trash. Very rude staff I called prior to driving out of my way, to see if they had chicken in stock due to Covid. I was told "yes" that was not the case bc when I DROVE miles out of my way, I get there and there wasn't chicken the employee then tells me "welp idk what rotisserie chicken looks like I don't know what to tell you" Another employee' then puts his finger without gloves on into the chicken to convince me i was wrong I am complete dissatisfied with the nonchalant attitude given to me. The employees don't even know their products.

The worst employees work here. Rude ppl who get angry when a customer shows up and they start making faces. Sucks for the owner, Who probably loses a lot of business because of this. Also sucks for the customers who probably pick a different option for lunch because they don't want to deal with these bad employees. I have been to this location about 5 times in a year and every time I tell myself better to drive another two miles next time than to be around negative energy and should not have my food made by such ppl.

This was the WORST Meatball Sub sandwich. The guy there was Ho Hummm. Was so blah. Asked to get my bread toasted. Not toasted and where is the meat. It was so Bad, that we threw it in the trash and headed up to another Subway on Galleria blvd. They was so nice and my Meatball Sub was made just right! With this Virus going on you should be thankful you are working. He should be taken off schedule or seek another job without CUSTOMER SRVS.....
