Went to order yesterday 3/3/24 around 5pm and they were closed? There was no sign up that they were going to close early. If you are going to close early at least put a sign up and update your hours online if you close at 5 on Sundays. I had to drive to another subway close by since you were closed and it was not very convenient for me.

It's a Subway, nothing outstanding, nothing bad (though they had a new drinks machine, with _very_ limited choices). This was the first time I have been served the sliced-on-site meats. The ham may have been a bit more flavorful, but otherwise I was underwhelmed.

Subway is going down fast. Hopefully soon it’ll be out of business. Having poor management is one of the best things they do in all branches.

I went to the Subway at Stevens Mill/Harris Teeter shopping Center.The service was fine and the sandwich was good. I wanted a fountain drink and the machine was broken. I said to the girl " that machine has been.broken forever" As I sat and ate my sandwich, I noticed all thus trash under the fountain machine table and then looked around. The restaurant was dirty. Stuff on the floor , counters displays not wiped down. Then u looked for the rating(93.2) It's a restaurant. Sweep the floors and wipe tables and displays and replace the drink machine. Cokes headquarters are in South Park.

This place is nasty. Black mold on brackets on food prep counter.Crumbs and smears abound. No lettuce or cukes in food bins93.5 health rating. One bag of chips in wire display. This place 'reds a responsible person at the helm. I'll be reluctant to return.

Subways are almost always good. Only thing is this one the kid at the register asked me to take the money from them and get change. I'm sorry but don't take money from the register and ask a customer to go get change. That's a big no no.

They only are taking online orders right now- which is fine I do that anyway. But they are never on time and are SO slow. The employees don’t act with any sense of urgency and twice now they’ve started making another order while mine is sitting there. Poor service and training. Take online orders and use them to be better, not worse!

This place has become a joke unfortunately. As we walk up this evening we discovered both doors locked. Open sign on. 2 crew members inside completely ignored us. Along with at least 7 or 8 other customers after us. Same treatment. So it’s become either straight up closed half the time or pretending to be closed so the crew can laugh and joke with each other instead of actually working. No thanks

Me and my boyfriend were here today at around 12:40 and there is two men working the lunch rush on a weekend the manager should definitely be in here for this. These guys are killing it though and I know they’re feeling very overwhelmed online orders are non stop and line to the door! Get more people in here for the lunch rushes or turn off the online orders period.

We faced the worst experience. Management is really bad. We ordered online and went to pick up. They closed early and went. We went to ask next day for refund. Simply ignoring by saying app fault. Poor customer service.
