The closest TCBY to our new place. Very clean and tidy. We usually get there late but they keep the hot fudge hot until closing time.

Most times that we have walked in no one is in the front to great us. They come out of the back and not enthusiastic to see customers. They have stopped letting you have a sample cup to try before we buy. Today 4/7/23, they were playing music with curse words and children in the store.

Out of control prices the last few years

Terrible - awful, racist management who has been overhead using antisemitic language against the owners. This occurred a few years ago, but when reported to upper management nothing was done. Repeated mistreatment of employees and poor maintenance on machines. Continues to smell sour inside of the store.
Lots of flavors have run out. Smells in there. Server was nice though!

Recently, at the first of the checkout process, the card reader requires a response to "how much tip would you like to leave?. This is a self-serve yogurt shop. Our business will be cut here dramatically and we will not leave a tip except to ourselves. TCBY has shown poor judgement in this.
