Rude teenage staff that prefer gossip to serving customers ?

This restaurant is noticeably dirty, signs falling off the wall, etc. But that’s not a huge deal. 2 girls were working and they prioritized online orders that came in AFTER I ordered in person. 20 minutes for a smoothie. Then, when I asked if they’d just cancel it, she said, “I have it right here” and was SOOOOOO rude.Won’t be back. Saturday, March 23, 2024 @ 4:18 pm.

So first of all they gave out the wrong order and had us wait 10 minutes for that while taking other peoples orders first, took about 10 more minutes while giving more people their orders and then she put in chia seeds and honey when I specifically DIDNT ask for those things and she looked extremely mad and she was an old women. I can’t believe that I gave them my money. My mom did not like waiting that long for it and then getting it wrong TWO times. Old women then glared at my mom just because SHE can’t follow instructions. $12 for rude service and horrible behavior. Do better.

This location has to be the worst tropical smoothie I've been too. I say this because every time I've come here at 8 they told me they not making food anymore. This last time I was here the girl said the same thing when a few minutes earlier she told her coworker that the oven is still on, the person in front of me orders food but when I get to the register she said they aren't making food anymore. So I'm guessing she said that because she doesn't feel like making food anymore? She should be fired if she doesn't even want to do her job. Worst customer service.

When I walked into this location, I expected Caribbean music to be playing as I have at another location. I dont recall the genre that was playing, but it just killed the vibe. The smoothie was a tad bit watery, but the taste was good.

Customer beware. They add tip without you knowing. After confronting she didn’t want to give refund, but ended up giving cash back and not back unto my card.

Actually the rudest employees i've ever met. Got mad and had an attitude when my smoothie was made wrong and then shoved the cup in my hand. All three employees were dumbfounded and look unprofessional. One of them has hickies all over their neck and was a mess. Also, in the middle of making my smoothie, she asked a coworker to go get her vape out of the car. Sad.

Stopped by this location after a workout to get a smoothie. Walked in at 7 PM with no one else in the restaurant. Three girls were working behind the counter and preparing orders. Never acknowledged my presence, and walked past me three times without saying a word. After standing there for seven minutes, walked out without being acknowledged, without placing an order, without any service at all. Worst experience I’ve had at a tropical smoothie ever. Will not visit this location again.
Great place for a healthy lunch that doesn’t give you the carb crash for the rest of the day! Definitely underrated in the Matthews area.The only thing for improvement is if the ownership would post photos of their actual location and food to the Google Business Profile, seems like corporate puts up stock photos.Dietary restrictions: Great for people with dietary needs.

STORE DOES NOT OPEN AT 7 I placed a mobile order for earliest pickup and the app says my order will be ready at 7:10am, it is now 7:20am and I have arrived at the store to find it closed with lights off and no body there. How do I get a refund??

Rushed by one of the employees, Chilka P. when I was trying to present my coupon. The coupon process took less than 5 seconds. Clearly, they don't care about your business. I am a customer just like anyone else. If you were so concerned about a small line that came after me, then call for backup. The person in front of me had a lot of comments, but you didn't rush them and the ones who came after me. Then, when I politely confronted you about it, you tried to rub it off. If you don't like your job, then don't make someone feel unwelcome!

Worst place for an early morning smoothie. Took my money online and was not open when I got there to pickup. They also had the phone off so you couldn't call. Definitely will be my last time going there. Very bad business.
