They always screw up the order then the phones tyrned off so you can't get it right. Im dealing with a deth in the family shouldn't be hard to get the order right. Ive ate at hardees for over 40 years looks like i will boycott them after today. Tbey can't get free money from me anymore!!!!!!

took 35 minutes to get our food, employees were rude as well. fries tasted like old oil and the chicken was soaking wet in grease. i even downloaded this app just to warn people not to waste your money there.

Sign says breakfast served until noon. Stopped at 11:05 am. We were told that they were all out of breakfast items. Think they need to either change their sign or put someone else in charge of ordering food. Ended up going somewhere else. Just don't believe they run out of all breakfast items.

So it’s been a month and the milkshake machine is still down, really? I go to Hardee’s for the full experience. 2nd, I ordered a BLT with American cheese. I got Swiss cheese on my burger, the chicken patty was in all actuality 2 inches in diameter. Pl ease I amBegging whoever owns this franchise to seriously look into getting their employees to have some integrity or motivation to care about what they’re making. It’s unacceptable and I can’t keep going.
