4/3/2024: This was my first time eating here. It was fairly typical for a fast food joint. It was clean and the food was tasty. What really stood out were the employees, especially Kenny! He had amazing customer service skills! Once I told him I had never eaten at Moe's and asked for his recommendations, he enthusiastically told me about his favorite items, the deals, and which extras he loved. Isn't the whole point of "welcome to Moe's" the reason the staff say it when a customer enters? I went tonight and not a single person greeted me or even looked my way. So I joked when I went to say my order and said "you all don't say welcome to Moe's anymore?" And the guy said "no, what would you like?". He didn't smile and was not friendly.
