Drive through, Sunday April 21- American Skinny girl with black hair making my coffee a total joke. I asked the drive through cashier girl if she could remake my drink because she added way too much foam (almost half of the cup), Next thing you know she throws some of my coffee out and all she does is adds more ice laughing with the drive through cashier like it was a joke. Starbucks needs to train these girl better disrespectful and they cant do they job right. Customers want coffee thats it not our fault your having a bad day. Im a regular client but i will not be returning if that girl is the one making my drinks ?

I'm disappointed about this place. I got bad experience in this store. I ordered Iced Vt Lav O Mtcha Lavender and I paid for this. So when I came to Starbucks, I took my drink with different ingredients and quality. Looks as cream with Lavender was in my cup on middle. But always in another places Starbucks cream with Lavender always above and up. And I just asked to added me extra lavender up in my cup, because I chose option like: extra lavender.Parking: No problem ?Kid-friendliness: Sure!

Amazing service I love the Mebane Starbucks. The staff is always working to get orders filled. I really enjoy my conversations with Claudia, Sarah, Austin and the others at the window .

Honestly, all these negative reviews are wild to me. I use this Starbucks at least two or three times a week because I do my study dates there with my girlfriend, and this place is always great. Food is good as in any Starbucks, but the customer service and personnel are amazing. They are always really kind and nice and always have been welcoming regardless of how long we stay there studying and working. I have spent hours there and I have never seen anything bad happening, I only see hard working individuals making it a great place. I am really thankful for them, and for the work they put it.

Pit stop for caffeine and bathroom after a very long ride. Was hoping for a 5 star experience like I always receive back home (Wilmington) I got my caffeine but the restroom was disgusting. No toilet paper in the stall, maybe because it was all over the floor?! Trash running over. Look as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Brought this to the attention at the counter to which I got a response of "we just got out of a scheduling issue, we will clean it later." Ummm. Ok. "Thank you for bringing it to our attention" would've been nice. So thankful I don't have to depend on this location for my daily fix. Visit Wilmington if you want to really see how it's done.
