We had a wonderful young man assist us with ordering at a machine next to the walk in line. The food, of course, was yummy. I had the black bean quesadilla. My hubby had a gordita and a cheesy roll up. Everything was clean, hot and good.?

It never fails with Charlotte Taco Bell’s, they don’t listen to you say large, every time they try and hand me a regular, and then give me the attitude like it’s my fault, whoever was wearing stripped with green hair should probably listen to the order instead of flirting with the staff.

I should’ve known when I walked in and had to wait 5 minutes before someone would come to the front to take my order to leave. I ordered a burrito supreme, 2 bean burritos with only beans and tomatoes and one Crunchwrap supreme. The only thing they got right was the Crunchwrap. There was no burrito supreme, but three with beans, rice, onions, cheese and very hot sauce. I thought they pranked us considering how badly made and wrong it was and wouldn’t doubt it. No one was wearing masks as well.
At this location, they seem to have problems hiring people to be courteous all of their customers. I'll leave it at that. As a result orders are not usually right. When time permits, I drive to other locations or get something else to eat.

Every time I come here. I never can get a chalupa bread cooked. I beg them please make my bread cooked crispy, but never get it cooked.. Im done coming here. Its sad how u pay for food an staff don't care. Makes me ? . This time took a pic of d old cold bread.

I come here all the time, but tonight there was 1 car ahead of me and I waited for at least 25 minutes. Then I got home and my order was completely made wrong. Just felt like employees weren’t paying attention to what they were doing and neglecting their positions. I’m a Chick-fil-A manager so I totally understand how these things are. I don’t mind waiting but I’d just rather not feel like I’m a bothering them by being there and then after everything have the wrong food??♀️
