The internet says the store opens at 5:00 a.m. everyday the app let me place an order Saturday at 5:00 a.m. When I got to the store it was closed. The employee said they didn't open untill 6:00 a.m. I had to be at work at 6:00 a.m. so I did not get my food, they could not cancel my order and told me I had to contact customer service on the app to cancel. Very disappointed. The time needs to be changed on the internet and the app.
Service is always quick. The people are normally nice. When they mess up on drinks they try and make it while being respectful. Sometimes they argue but most times are always helpful.Current update * new thing they are doing they don’t fill up drinks all the way. You pay 3.87 for a drink medium but it’s filled 3/4 of the way. I order 2 single espresso shots everyday half the time they make it 1 double which is more expensive.....makes no sense it's the same thing......this morning I went inside and placed my regular order it was poured out of a tin cup not made fresh..... from now on I will go to Advance or Salisbury......This used to be a great store but not anymore.
