Located in the old CJs BBQ on the Southside of Mocksville. Gunter's is opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner. American, Southern, comfort food on the menu. Check out the daily specials. Pleasantly surprised by Gunter's. Stopped for dinner and had the pork chops, with green beans and okra. Really good. We were going to try the BBQ but they had already ran out. Stopped in for lunch while our RV was being worked on nearby. All the places recommended to us were closed on Monday. This was the closest that was open. My husband was hoping for Breakfast but they stopped serving at 11:00, and it was 11:06. He got a burger, I got a BLT and we shared fries. Everything was delicious. Fries were hot and crispy. If ever in this area again we’d come back for sure.

My husband and I have eaten our Saturday morning breakfast/brunch at Gunters the past 2 weekends. We loved it!It was our first trip(s) for breakfast in, although we have picked up take out our grabbed quick lunches here or there.
