Pizza hut has gone downhill. Service was poor. Long wait for dine in food. Our order was made wrong. Very disappointed

I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were. There was trash and food everywhere and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 2 or 3 days. We sat down and the server got our drinks. My parents got a salad off the salad bar and the salad bar was gross. There was food all over the counter and the cover wasn’t cleaned. It was also poorly stocked. I opened 4 rolls of silverware and they were all disgusting. Some still had food on then and they really looked like they haven’t been washed. My niece ate something off the salad bar and was almost instantly sick. She ended up getting sick twice before we left. And when the pizza finally came out it was under cooked. The server was really nice and tried his best but the store it’s self needs a lot of attention.

Under new management and it has improved 100%. My husband and I enjoyed the lunch buffet. Fresh, hot food. Excellent service. We’ll definitely be back more!

Should have went to food lion and just bought frozen food . Ordered 2 pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks 1 was a thin crust it was cooked. The pan pizza didn't even have cheese melted and was just a blob of uncooked dough.Bread sticks were questionable .

A pleasant surprise. Didn't even realize there was a Pizza Hut in Mocksville!! Ordered one of their specials- large 1 topping pizza, cheese bread and 8 boneless wings along with a trip to the salad bar. Gotta say- it was all good, except of course- the pepperoni pizza is extra greasy. Not a bad thing- just to let you know. We will visit again- especially since we learned they do have a pizza buffet for lunch Monday- Thursday and also on Sunday. Service was good, albeit a little slow; but we were not in a hurry. I think they try to do a good job- perhaps just a little short handed.

I meant to order a Pan crust but it changed to Hand tossed and I didn’t realize that. Also the pizza was not as good as in the past. I cannot pinpoint the reason, other than the taste was changed from my last pizza. I guess it has to do with cheaper ingredients that make up the pizza. It was ready on time. So I find no fault there. I really like Pizza Hut and want to continue getting pizza from there, but if the quality is not there, I can go to ALDIs and buy their pizza and add ingredients until it is eatable.

Everything I ordered was correct and fresh. The lady at drive thru window was extremely friendly and enthusiastic.
Pizza Hut is good for what it is. We ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, one chicken Alfredo pasta and one buffalo chicken melt. Pizzas were very good. Fresh, hot and tastyChicken Alfredo was good, fresh and creamyBuffalo chicken melt had a huge amount of raw onions in it that made it inedible. And we aren't talking onion slivers, these were large pieces of raw onion. My daughter threw it out. Bit into it and all she got was raw onion. Not good eats.Not sure if it was suppose to be made that way. I'm going to call and find out. Nothing "buffaloed" I've ever eaten comes with copious amounts of raw onion. We will bypass this melt next time. But the pan pizza brought back fond memories of my youth. Still yummy.
