I like the menu they offer. They should have staff trained in customer service, especially in the restaurant that is near the Mall in Monroe NC. They take a long time to serve, otherwise everything is fine.

Got a to go order. They put all of the biscuits in a bag which gave away after exiting the building. Asked for mayo for eight chicken biscuits and got 5 packs. Cold fries.

Bojangles, get a grip on yourself. I would greatly appreciate if my bo rounds were cooked next time, they were frozen. And I would like to have carbonation in my soda along with a straw. I ended up tossing my food and going somewhere else.

I have been under the weather and this is the closest place to me to eat. I gave them 2 separate orders to complete on Fri and Sun and both days I choose curbside this way less contact with me. The app gives me a time to arrive by so I can get my food fast and go limiting how long I'm out. The first time was 45 mins waiting only to have to go through the drive thru to get my food. This time they told me that did I call to tell them that I had left a curb side order. I used the app. I was met with hostility since I had placed a curb side and wanted my food. I did arrive by the time that was required even waited another 10 mins. The app told 215pm and now it's 305pm. I watched seven people get their drive through orders while I waited for my one order. If I could recommend anything there's a KFC right down the street Go there you might have better service.

lady at the intercom was very rude, we told her that we needed a minute and we forgot to tell her we were ready and she made the comment “thank you for letting me know you were ready” with a little attitude. very rude person for a sunday.
