The atmosphere and food are find food was very slow to get to the table the severing staff is rude nothing but college age girls that do nothing but babble amongst each other and avoid the customer's like the Corona we sat at the table it was filthy the manager the "shift manager" was rude and accusatory they said that they where busy but there where at most two dozen people in there if I'm being generous most of them congregated by the bar my order was missing 5 wings from my order i said they made a mistake even offered them the plates to count over me but they acted like I was wrong and where very hostileThe only Redemption from the horrible staff was a young pluse sized girl named Ellia she was by far the nicest of the employees there and I am sorry that she has such toxic cowokers even though she wasent our original sever she was so kind to usThough I vow as long as I breath I will never ever return to this location

Severice is absolutely horrible. Came in and tried to order a burger and was told the grill wasn't on ( what a joke) it's a restaurant. Place is ran horrible. And seeing the previous reviews of the owner saying fill out a form. Instead how about fixing the problem. And maybe reach out to the restaurant and and correct the issues with the restaurant.

It takes a lot for me to write a review but today just felt like it was time after many opportunities to this location. Literally every time I go to this location they are the worst BWW I ever go to. I live 2 minutes from this location so sometimes it’s the most convenient to go to but I would honestly take the 30 minute drive to the providence location instead. Almost every single time I go to this location they say they are closing early and doing to go orders only. They say they close at 12 and I walked in at 10:20 today when I got off work. Never ever happens at any of the other locations no matter what time we come in. They always seem bothered that a customer walks in regardless of the time. In that case why not just change the location hours? Anyways the one star is only because there’s this one younger male bartender sometimes that kills it when he serves us, he’s awesome. Other than that this BWW location gets a 0 stars. Just an honest review from a loyal customer, because that’s what reviews for are to improve based on the feedback.

Rude staff from the moment we walked in the door April 13, 2024. My family eats at nearly every restaurant in Monroe. The way that our family was treated when we asked for a booth. There were over 20 tables open. Had to move to 2 different tables because the tables, seats, and floors were so disgusting. Food was horrible which I believe was on purpose. By far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been to and probably the most unsanitary restaurant in Monroe.

Echo what others said. Clearly under staffed. Kitchen was sooooo slow. Watched people wait for 25+ minutes to get take out and grub hub. No apologies from the staff. We ordered 10 wings and a wrap....30 minute wait. And it was not busy. No line. No bring group. Empty tables.Waitress were nice, but never came by. Dropped off the bill, and after 10 minutes of waiting for them to take my card I finally got up to track down the waitress.Food was what you would expect. No compliments, no complaints.Just sloooooooow!!!!

Went there while at work conference customer service was slow non-engaging waited 20 minutes for food It was warm, Only two other tables at the time I was late retuning to conference Waitress was nonchalant about our time

This particular franchise should just close their doors. I sat at an empty table for 45 minutes and was never waited on. The wait staff walked by my table numerous timed as if I was invisible. There were people waiting to be seated but never got seated. Most of those people got fed up and just left. As I was sitting there I counted twenty seven empty tables. Just before I left, there were still 27 empty tables. As a former restaurant owner this is one of the most pathetic things I have ever seen in the business. Completely untrained staff of the.few that were working. I seen absolutely no management presence on the floor. Obviously I will never be back.

Waited forever to be seated apparently other host left and then the next hostess sat us told us to use the app and that they would be with us shortly but only had 2 servers, waited forever for drinks and then the app never sent me the message I was suppose to get so it charged me an 18% service fee for not paying within 15 minutes which i didnt even know was a thing. We didn't get any service really had to get up and get someone when we needed tea or water. It was just a bad experience and I was upset bc I use to love it there.

We gave them another chance and it was a teachable moment for us. It's March madness time and not one game was on, my boneless wings came out warm at best, 2 of the 10 wings were overcooked to the point they weren't edible, the sandwiches my wife and son ordered barely had any sauce on them. We used the app to order at the table, which could have been designed better (not this locations fault). I'm not positive, but I feel like the waitresses were also having to go cook some of the food which made the service slow. So we will not be returning to this location. It seems that BWW overall has been having a very difficult time over the last few years with all the locations we have visited, so I assume the chain is on its way down.I also noticed that in the middle of March Madness, there were only about 6-7 tables of customers, not a good sign.

Took 20 minutes uses to get served at the bar, asked for a glass of water 3 different times, server kept disappearing for long times, got Chipotle dry rub, wasn't Hardly any seasoning on wings, did I mention service was bad and very sporadic. This has happened 2 times. This place needs new managersandpeople that care about their work ethic. The only reason i came 2 times is it's close. But I will be going to Rea road location from now on.

I order food Thur the website. They did a door dash Thur the company. When I got my food it was not all there and the driver act like he couldn't do anything. My fries was cold and nasty, my chicken wings was hard and cold, The only thing that should have been cold was my salad. I didn't even get my drinks. I called say they was going to make it right but have not! This is the one in Monroe NC. I paid to much money for my food to not be right! Never again!
