My wife had been anxiously waiting to try the chicken al pasteur, It was such an overwhelming experience that she and I will never darken their doorstep again. Upon ordering asking about chicken al pasteur, We were informed that that was last week's special and this is what we have now, My wife got a bowl and I got a burrito, The shell for my burrito was so stale that you couldn't even bite through it to eat. I had to cut it apart with a knife , my wife's bowl. Well, the only thing she could say was yuck.Customer service was so poor we didn't even know they had chips so we saw other people eating them, Our bad,We took the leftovers home and our animals wouldn't even eat them. If I could give a lower rating than one I would but I can't assure, We will never go back.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The employee that was helping me with my bowl was rude and disrespectful, as-well with an attitude that was uncalled for. The name of this rude gentlemen was Charlie which could be spelled incorrectly. Although the customer service was not good, the food was quite the opposite. If you are interested in a bad mannered employee’s but good and fresh food I would suggest this restaurant. If there was a rework for the employees at this restaurant, I feel as there will be a lot more business coming by.

This joint is better than the mathews location but still lags significantly when compared to the chipotle restaurants in other cities. Very average service and stale food. Be sure to double check your receipt as they double charged me for a side and I had to point it out to get a refund.

I stopped by here for a dinner for myself and other 5 family members. It was one of the worst chipotle I’ve ever been. I wouldn’t even rate one star to this place. Place was filthier than filthiest food place you would ever see. Good luck being vegetarian and order food from here there are more than 100% chances that you will get some meat on your food. The food counter on which they make your bowl or burrito was so dirty and full of mess that you will for sure get some unwanted ingredients in your food. Fajitas that i asked to put in all of my bowls had onions that was cut to the largest pieces you can cut onions to put in blender and not to eat. Fajitas were not cooked at all. I ordered 2 bowls with white and 2 bowls with brown rice and all bowl’s rice was uncooked too. You can literally hear the crunching noise of rice when we ate them. All in all it’s a place to avoid for sure without any doubt. STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Takeout: Rice overcooked and sticky, meat unflavored. Carne asada and chicken. The lack of consistency in taste and freshness with other top rated locations is extremely noticeable. Do not order here. Paid 30 bucks for a bowl and burrito and I wanted my money back on the first bite. Sad thing is the food has never been good here, but unfortunately this is the only chipotle in the area so chipotle lovers unfortunately this location is a dissa damn pointment! Don’t say you weren’t warned!

The meat was burnt and hard not edible. When I finally got some one on the phone two hours later they told me to bring it back and it would be replaced. That was a joke it went in the garbage and I'm cooking hamburgers at the moment.

It was obvious there was very little pride in this Chipotle, which was extremely disappointing. It is fairly new and in a great location in Monroe. The food was being tossed into the containers as if they were trying to beat a 1-second timer, and it wasn't even crowded. This was extremely disappointing as the other Chipotle restaurants never rush like that. I had to ask them to stir the food before putting it in the container. I also watched one of the servers take his hat off, run his hand through his hair, and put his hat back on while preparing online orders. This was a first and last time visiting this site.
