Decent wings. But it is absolutely unbelievable how slow this place is. I've never come here and felt like it was even reasonable. Not to mention there were literally 6 or 7 other people waiting complaining about how long they take so obviously this isn't just me.They need some serious help there

This is the only location I ever have issues with and this is always the type of issue.Ordered wings and asked for extra saucey. Said the words “swimming in sauce” multiple times. Got there and of course they were dry. If I can eat the wings and my fingers have no sauce on them after, they aren’t saucey. But ok, that’s not the big issue. They said they could give me some sides of sauce to pour on there. Kid goes to the back, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I was waiting over 15 minutes for him to come back with 2 little cups of sauce!!!! How does it possibly take that long to pour sauce into 2 little cups?!? I had to ask people to go check multiple times, because I was irritated at this point, and I couldn’t believe he was taking that long. In the end, the wings were really good when I finally got to eat them

Consistently makes you wait as a doordasher but I get it because the food takes time but I would say it’s the third slowest food place for a doordasher in weddington Wesley chapel area

Took an hour and 20 minutes to get all of our food. Took 45 minutes to get a drink refill. All of our food was wrong and cold. Had to beg to get them to just give a discount. They didn't comp any of the wrong food orders. Overall horrible experience.

Great experience on Saturday! I wasn’t rushed and food was amazing! I typically don’t like chain restaurants but John Michael was so helpful. Even let me know of customer rewards system and I got $5 off. Did I mention the food was delicious….

Gotta be totally honest and say I was a little hesitant due to the reviews/score. So glad we decided to give it a try. Busiest wing day of the year, Super Bowl Sunday. Placed a large order early in the day for pickup at 5:45. We arrived and quicky left with the completed order at 5:42. Everything was correct and delicious! Finally a wing place that actually gives you extra crispy when you ask for it!! Thanks for a seamless superbowl party yall!

Overall, this is a solid choice to patron for acceptable quality food, and reasonable prices. Our family has chosen this establishment to satisfy our wings demand and cravings. The variety of sauces and spices leaves you with the ability to meet select cravings easily. The wings are also of the desirable size in my opinion, where they are not lab grown large, or Penny pinching small; but rather the exact size you expect when ordering wings.This establishment also holds a special place in my options because of how great the staff has been to us on multiple occasions. If I could state, I think they do a good job at hiring quality people.

Two weeks ago ordered to go - showed up and they have a door bell in place when someone walks in it alerts employees “front door” I stand there. Looking at what seems to be my food. They have a sign to “not grab to go orders let employees distribute” so I wait. No one is there. No one acknowledges me. Two employees are chatting it up at the bar. I wait. Wait. Wait. Finally I approach my food and the man at the bar looks up and says “oh sorry about that I’ll grab that for you” completely ridiculous. Imagine if I was waiting to be seated!? That’s your first impression?Fast forward to last night I order 20 wings. A cheeseburger quesadilla. And online order says available for pick up 7:01pm. I get there 7:03. No food is on the “to go” shelves. Front desk lady (who is super sweet) goes to check “5 mins” ok not bad. Well at 7:23 I’m still waiting. No food. Front desk lady finally goes back to check for a 3rd time and 5 additional minutes later comes back with food.I get home. Wings are NOT hot at all. When I indicated hot on heat index. Too much sauce. Dry rub wings seemed old and mushy. Burnt onion rings. And forgot the order of beer cheese I paid for. This place is terrible. I’m done with it. Plenty of other options around.

Ordered my order for pickup. Got to the store and was told it would be a few more minutes. Came out not even 5 minutes later and said my order has been cancelled because they are out of boneless wings. Done with this place. Have given it so many chances and always something wrong with this place.

A few days before Christmas my car broke down in front on this location. Two of the employees were so kind, generous and compassionate. They more than extended themselves to offer help during this time. Not too mention the punch, chicken Philly and fries were delicious.

Wings are my favorite thing to eat. Unfortunately, the wings we purchased tasted like hot grocery store wings from Walmart but at 3 times the price. People were very kind. The atmosphere was great while we waited for takeout. But if you want good wings, don't come here.
