I have been ordering from Fit You Meals for a couple of years now. The food is healthy and delicious and their customer service is excellent. As someone with many food allergies and intolerances I cannot tell you how comforting it is to deal with a business that lists EVERY ingredient in their meals on their website. I never have to worry about hidden dangers. And bonus(!): I have also discovered many new healthy recipes.

I recently adopted a paleo lifestyle and although their meals are not advertised as such, many of their options are paleo compliant. Having this service has helped me a great deal while I am learning all new recipes. And I love that every single ingredient in every single meal is listed on the website . Food is very good and they will also go the extra mile to accommodate a customer's preferences. Very happy to have found them.
