Ordered sausage gravy for my mom last week and today, last week 1 tiny piece of sausage was in the gravy. This week no traces of sausage was in the gravy, luckily I ordered an extra piece of sausage. This is a straight rip off! This place doesn't care what they serve you after they get your money. The bacon is cut so thin on the biscuits you can see through it. This is probably the last Hardees opened on earth.Wendys breakfast has thick Applewood bacon that you get your moneys worth. Mcdonalds may have bad customer service but their biscuits come with a fair amount of bacon.
The monster burger was good. The only issue is that its gotten expensive. $15 for a combo is outrageous

The food for second shift was wonderful and delicious ? nice in hot ? I don't know who yall got on night shift as a cook but I know they deserve a raise they did that ....... ???
If you are taking people's money, you should give them a receipt. If something is wrong with my order or if I'm charged incorrectly, I have no proof. I shouldn't have to ask. It should be automatic. It's deceitful and shows a lack of accountability!

What a horrible experience! I ordered the Loaded Omelet on the Frisco bread. First off, my sandwich was not at all was it was advertised to be at all!!! Like I don’t know what that was that I had and everyone around me agreed! Hardee’s is not the cheapest yet for my first experience it was horrible. The food didn’t even taste up to par. I’m not satisfied and I will be reaching out to corporate. I didn’t even have my Hash Rounds. I will NEVER recommend Hardee’s to anyone, ever

I ordered the new Nashville hot tenders, but they just threw the seasoning on the chicken. There was more of the seasoning on the bottom of the box than on the actual chicken.
