I ordered the Greek salad (which is always great) for delivery to work and garlic bread ...total was $37 and change not including tip. I Sked for 2 ranch dressings as the salad is big. I received a call to tell me the salad cones with one ranch dressing and I need to pay for the second. I never have paid for the second ranch dressing and thought paying almost $40 for a salad and bread you could have thrown in an extra ranch dressing... Called customer service people! I will not be back...we will use the Matthews location going forward.

Consistently make you wait 5 minutes as a doordasher (the pickup time is always right but sometimes they send the order out to dasher to early) but I get it cause it takes 20 minutes to make

The pizza here is always good. From thick crust to thin crust, the crust is light and airy. They give you lots of toppings, which they spread evenly, and the sauce is delicious. They are consistent and take pride in their product.

The blandest pizza I've ever gotten from a restaurant. Crust had no flavor. Sauce had no flavor. Pepperoni was just there. I've had better pizza from Little Caesars ?

I can't recommend this location enough the food is great the guy on the phone who was named troy was very informative and able to help me with all my questions he told me the delivery would be an hour and lo and behold it got here in 40 minutes me and my family were so excited to be able to eat early here's a picture of the deliciousness we got

Can I just tell you? I love this location and I absolutely love the staff and the manager. We’ve been ordering from them for a few months but tonight? I placed an order and then ran to Publix to do some grocery shopping. I came back and the manager, an amazing young gentleman!He said I’m really sorry we accidentally cut the pizza. I’m going to make you a fresh, thin crust, turbo cheese, uncut pizza.Just so you know, I was OK taking the sliced pizza no issues because I love their product.But he said nope! Give me nine minutes. I will have a fresh pizza made for you uncut.Talk about customer service?!Again, we’ve been going to these folks for a while. He did not have to do that but he did and I wanted to post a review to let you all know how accommodating and amazing they are.We love the flavor and I’m about to post some videos of the three pizzas we got. Highly highly recommend them for so many reasons - but most of all?They absolutely go above and beyond so I would definitely give them my business.by the way? I have tried every pizza joint in the area. Yes, there’s a couple of places from New York that I appreciate - but honestly?We keep coming back to Jets Pizza.You can’t beat the quality, fresh - I love the crust whether it’s thin crust or deep dish.And as I stated? The customer service.They did not have to do what they did and I truly truly appreciate the effort. Apologies for the long post but we enjoyed dinner tonight and I highly recommend them.

OK we've tried every pizza joint in the Mecklenburg and Union County area - around Mint Hill, Matthews, Indian Trail.Still cannot find any place better than Jets. I absolutely love their thin crust, turbo crust pizzas. The deep dish, turbo crust pizzas. My daughter raves about the gluten-free crust. They have cauliflower and yes, an actual gluten-free crust. However, the customer service? For me - has just been stellar. Sun Valley / Indian Trail Location. I went tonight and I asked them to please make a turbo crust, thin crust cheese pizza, but don't cut slices. I ran over to Publix in Sun Valley and came back and the manager said - I'm really sorry they cut the pizza. Give me nine minutes and I will have a fresh pizza the way you asked. I told him no no don't worry about it it's OK. He said nope, you asked for uncut you're going to get uncut. Just greatly appreciate the customer service. He didn't have to do that!I highly recommend these folks. This is jets pizza in Sun Valley by Publix. Never ever had a bad meal. And by the way? I've even tried the popcorn chicken, which was fairly new and it was excellent. We really enjoyed the calzone though, I think they call it something else. This is not to take away from the old mom and pop pizza joints - but I don't do real thick dough anymore so this is truly truly amazing for us. My favorite is always going to be the BLT thin crust turbo crust. Thanks for letting me share. I recommend you guys give them a try. Signed - a very satisfied customer
