I would avoid eating from this company the ingredients are really bad for your health, and this locations employees do not use gloves or have up to date kitchen with one of the most dirtiest ways of washing their equipment and dishes. Don't go here

Horrible customer service! We ordered hot & ready pizzas at the window. Was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. We sat there for 30 minutes with 2 kids in the car when my husband finally went in. He was told that they hadn’t started on our “hot & ready” order yet. The employee had a nasty attitude with him and the manager finally came out complaining that she can’t even go to the bathroom without someone calling her name. She was rude to my husband as well and didn’t know how to do a refund. Finally after 15 minutes he had been in there we got a refund. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and am not one to complain but this place is absolutely ridiculous and needs new staff! Get it together.

We waited at the window for a little over 13 minutes and the purple haired worker locked eyes with us twice. We didn't get to order because by the time she actually got to the window we had read enough of the calorie counts to know it wasn't worth the wait. It wasn't even busy but their staff could not care less. I would give it 0 stars if there was an option.

The store closes at 10 pm on Tuesdays. I arrived at 9:15 pm last night, the doors were locked but the drive thru was open. I didn't see there would be any reason to place an online order since I arrived there in plenty of time to order something in line at the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I got up to the window it was 9:34 pm. The male attendant that was working the window informed me that they turn off the ovens at 9:30 and they couldn't turn them back on, (4 minutes)!!! He said, i couldn't place an order since the ovens were off and they didn't have any leftover pizzas. I asked him if they had anything at all available. He said, they had one order of breadsticks and 2 chicken wings. I told him I had been in line for 20 minutes waiting to place an order.He said, "I'm sorry ma'am, it's not my fault."I told him, "yes, it is your fault. You locked the door and you made me sit in your drive thru line. You turned off your ovens and have no extra pizzas for me to buy"I left there very angry without anything to eat.I ended up driving to your competitors Domino's Pizza and had complete above excellent service. It only took them 15 minutes to have my order done and in my hands. I ordered my food at their store, it was not an online order. I left their store at 10:03 pm.

Waited(2nd vehicle)in the drive thru for 25 min .. I finally walked in to see if they actually had pizza" hot n ready". There wasn't any acknowledgment from staff with several people waiting inside and out! The person in front of me who was @ the drive thru window got their order thru the window as Iwas tryingto get the attention of the person handing the food out the window. So I returned to my vehicle as a vehicle that was behind me went around and took my spot @ the drive thru window(nearly hitting the building) so I decided that the pizza and service definitely wasn't wort the wait nor the frustration! This place sucks!

Went in to get a pizza after some shopping and was greeted by a helpful worker (I think her name was Hailey). She let us know there would be a wait and apologized because it’s supposed to be hot and ready. We said that was fine and waited for the pizzas and it was well worth the wait. Look at the FREAKING PIZZAS!!! Best pizzas from Little Caesars we’ve had. 10/10

Made a online pickup order at 6:15pm, pizza was done at 6:09pm and they didn’t have it ready until 6:34pm. Multiple people pulled out of the drive thru to go inside and were waiting, they got their food before me and I was still waiting. When the food was ready it had been just sitting on the counter instead of in the pizza portal like it was supposed to be “hot and fresh” it was cold when I picked it up.
