Ordered two salads to go. One with chicken, and the other with Salmon. The person taking the order indicated between 15-20 minutes.35 minutes later we received our order. The restaurant had many 3 tables filled.The Salmon was over cooked. We were supposed to receive two rolls per order. We received a total of three. The rolls were inedible, not soft and stale. We also asked for utensils and didn’t receive that as well.Will definitely avoid Logan’s Road House in the future…

Haven't been to Logan's in a while. Arrived at 4:45 thinking we could avoid the crowd and get in and out. But service was so slow. Steaks were very overcooked and food was just lukewarm. It was just not a good afternoon.
Logan's is one of my favorite steakhouse/bar restaurants. The food is good, wait is minimal, wait staff are nice and they leave you alone except to refill your drink, your fresh based dinner rolls, and the occasional check to see if you need anything. You can watch them cooking on the grill and they put on a show if kids are watching through the window. Nice casual environment, good food, good service. Bottom line go there as it's a good experience.

Went 3/14 as we were staying at a hotel across the street. Went with my 4 daughters, gotta seated pretty quick. Waitress was super nice. Order food the sirloin and ribeye medium but came out well done. Waitress super apologetic took it back and had it remade. At this point we are 1hr 30min into dinner and still waiting. Ribeye came out well done again. Manager never apologizes or ask if we want anything else. Sad after driving over 9hrs we just wanted dinner. I will never visit this location again. Steak doesn't even taste grilled it seemed steamed.

It was my 1st visit. We had a party of 7. The food was delicious! We had steaks, ribs, burgers, and a salad. The service and atmosphere was great!
